HARRY POV ish
Draco was told by his parents to come home this Christmas. Harry didn't like the thought of Draco going back there. He could easily get hurt. Another reason was that he really would miss Draco. For a day or two a week the room of requirement would be their dorm, and each day after curfew they would sneak out to see each other. In total, they got to hang out a lot.
Hermione and Ron noticed how much Draco meant to him, as when Draco was gone, Harry's nightmares came back, worse than ever. He also stopped eating and stayed in the room of requirement when Draco's letters stopped coming.
"Look mate, you've really got to get eating, Malfoy 'ill be back soon" Ron tried to get Harry to come down to breakfast. " Yeah" said Hermione said walking in " You really can't let him affect your mental health this drastically". " No. I am seriously worried about him, his father could kill him any second and and just, I'm so worried. So yes. I am going to let him affect my mental health. You can fuck off now." Harry snapped back. Worry and sadness filled the pair's eyes but inside they knew to leave him alone.
DRACO POV ISH
Draco and his mother spent the Christmas break travelling around muggle America, therefore, he had no time to write to Harry. For this, Draco felt really bad, Harry could be thinking he was dead at the moment.
But soon it was time to go back to Hogwarts, back to where he felt most at home.
HOGWARTS
Draco walked back into Hogwarts to see Harry come rushing at him, and then stop suddenly, people didn't know of their relationship yet and they still needed to keep it a secret so they met up in the astrology tower and hugged.
