"-And I told her that we couldn't because my parents would be home. You know? I mean, I love Perrie but she can be a bit loud sometimes and it's really hard to keep her quiet without my parents hearing us, plus I have sisters and everything. She's not a slut guys, she's just not quiet," Zayn pouted, flicking Liam's nose when he snickered in amusement.

As the boy's kept talking, Harry was too busy watching Louis chat with Niall across the hall. It was the beginning of the day and they had a while before class started. Usually Harry would be into the conversation and tease Zayn and Perrie about their sex lives, but right now he couldn't stop looking at Louis.

Maybe it was because he worried so much. Louis is always on his mind now. He constantly wonders if he's okay, what he's eating, if he's even eating, where he's been, who he's with, if he's hurting himself, and all those thoughts would lead Harry to being scared. Scared that Louis might be sad one day and he wouldn't be there to make him happy. Which was really affecting Harry's sleep, him staying up late and struggling to stay awake in class.

It was his goal in life to make people happy. Because Harry likes seeing people smile. Whether the person is a jerk, a 'slut', a bitch or a bully. Everyone deserves to smile and everyone has problems in their lives. But he tries to make sure people realize that smiling can sometimes fix those problems. As long as it's a true smile.

It's a bit optimistic, but Harry really likes thinking positive. He likes to give people hope, because hope is all a person needs to live a happy life. Sort of like Harry. He has hope. He doesn't like to think negatively even if he has a bad day. He loves the thought of realizing he might have a good future with his grades, football skills and happy personality.

However, he's not annoyingly happy. He has his times where he's sad. That he lays in bed, frowning and wondering why his parents never bother to ask how his day is. He could always talk to them. Tell them how he feels. But, he doesn't like annoying people and that's why he's always worried he'll annoy Nicole and Louis by being overly concerned.

He just didn't want to lose either of them. He's known Louis for a couple years, and he didn't even think Louis was depressed but now he can see Louis was probably really good at hiding it. And with Nicole, well, he's only known her for a few months but she was the nicest person ever and he couldn't fathom with the idea of losing her either. That's why it's his goal to make sure he doesn't lose them.

He kept sparing glances at Louis, chewing his bottom lip nervously and saw how Louis had a small smile. It wasn't as big as it used to be. That's what scared Harry. He's slowly becoming more depressed and Harry wants to stop it. To just make him grin and giggle and be happy like everyone should be.

Suddenly a snap of fingers caused him to jump. He glanced at Liam who raised an eyebrow and the guy sighed, "You were staring at him again. Seriously, I don't get it. You barely spared a glance at the guy and now you're basically all over him and can't stop staring at him."

"I don't stare at him! I-I'm just observing," Harry mumbled, averting his eyes from the blue-eyed boy who was still laughing at something Niall said. The fact that he laughed made Harry have some hope in him being happier.

Zayn suspiciously glanced at Louis then at Harry and asked curiously, "Hey, what made you start talking to him? Like Liam said, you two never chatted much before unless it was cause of football. What, did you two start fanboying over your rock n' roll bands?"

"No," Harry shrugged, nervously looking down. He didn't mean to say it, but he did. "He's just kind of sad right now. So, I want to make sure he's okay. Don't tell anyone, okay? I'm trying to be a nice friend. Plus, he's nice and funny. I like hanging out with him and if doing that helps him, then it's a bonus."
