Harry is sad.Very sad.
He doesn't know what has gotten into him, but it was like everything he used to care about just doesn't matter anymore. All his hopes and dreams were so useless. Why should he try anymore? He hadn't thought about suicide, he doesn't want to die, but he just doesn't feel the need to go on.
Of course, he can never commit suicide. He can't and won't. He doesn't want to die, he just hates suffering and all his sadness was so overwhelming recently. All this stress with Louis, his friends and family- he just never felt so alone, despite having an amazing boyfriend who loves him so much.
It was like having Louis depressed, along with himself and just- Harry doesn't know what to do. He hasn't felt the urge to press anything to his wrist, so that was good. However, that didn't make him any happier. He felt so guilty, calling Louis up and crying for help.
Not only that, but Louis now had to deal with Harry being upset and depressed. It wasn't fair to him. Surely Harry dealt and is dealing with both of them being sad, but still. He shouldn't have to deal with all of this. Louis should be able to worry about himself and that's it.
Which is why Harry was put out of school for a week. His parents didn't seem to care about him, but they did allow him to take a break from school. Sadly, he was brought to work and basically had to teach himself. That's dumb, because he's failing and has no idea what the hell he's doing.
School was just a waste to him as of now. He helped Louis so much that he basically forgot everything he was supposed to be learning himself. He's in advanced classes, so he's ahead of Louis in their year and doesn't remember anything. He's failing three classes; Chemistry, math and history. He doesn't even care anymore, though.
Since his little episode (as his mum called it) he was forced to stay away from anything fun. He had a laptop, but his mum took away the internet and only let him on if Robin, her or his sister monitored what he did. It was suffocating. He isn't crazy, he was just sad and they're treating him like he's mental.
His sister was the only one treating him like a human. She was so nice to him and actually cared to make sure he was doing okay. Gemma was on break and she came home immediately when told her brother was in the hospital for self-harm. She couldn't believe her ears. But, it's no shock.
Harry doesn't express his feelings when negative. He likes expressing positivity and didn't like dragging others down with him.
The sad yet happy part of it all is Harry's going back to school tomorrow. He didn't know how to feel about that. On one hand, he's happy since he can see his friends and be around Louis more. But, the rumors were already starting and he didn't want to see everyone.
However, his sister tried encouraging him to go. She's been helping him a lot with his school work, but he wasn't cooperating and would just smile, nodding as if he understood a damn word she said. He didn't get anything and it went in one ear, out the other as soon as she stopped talking.
Harry ran a hand through his sweaty curls and sniffled, back pressed to the wall. He could hear his parents shouting and his bottom lip trembled. He hated fighting, he hated yelling, he hated everything. Why do they hate him so much? He always tries to be the good son they want, but he never seems to succeed in being what they want.
Harry nervously played with the end of his sleeves, wishing he could crawl under a rock and never show up again. Would anyone miss him? Gemma, Louis, Zayn and Liam. Maybe Niall. He loves them all, yes he loves Niall as a friend, but he doesn't know if they're enough for him. Because, the three only cared when he was almost gone.
