The next morning I wake up to the smell of food and Aunt Cathy over me. "Hey there child. Get dressed" she tells me. "Were going to the dentist" she adds. I force myself up shower and get dressed. I throw on some jeans and pull over a sweatshirt. I pull my hair into a pony tail forcing all my curls on top of my head. As soon as I get downstairs I eat and then we go.
"So. how was the movies with Caleb" Aunt Cathy. "It was fun. " I say glancing back at my brothers. We get to the dentist fairly quick. They call us as soon as we get there. "Porter" they call over the intercom. "Okay. Well take Kaylin first. " the nurse says.
We leave the dentist after about 2 hours. They tell Aunt Cathy I need braces and they give her a number to call. After we get into the car we go get something to eat. "Okay so where are we going now" Tyler asks. "Were going to get Yall's braces" Aunt Cathy says. Tyler and I both needed braces. She just decided to get Derron some cause he was with us.
As soon as we were finished eating we went to the address on the paper. We literally got our braces and were out of there. it was a lot of money but Aunt Cathy didn't have anything else to do with it. I chose my braces to be gold and black. Tyler's braces were blue and Derron got all black. As soon as I got home I took a picture showing my new braces off. I lay down on my bed and think about everything.
