Abducted

Chapter 2

3 weeks later
Today I was discharged from the hospital. Going home scared me but I had no choice. I walked into my apartment feeling very unsafe. If I was to be attacked they would have the upper hand, it's not like I can run with a cast. My cat rounded the corner and ran to me. " Hi Oreo, I missed you sweetie" I say petting my cat. I have only seen my cuts in my wrists. I locked the door and went to my bedroom. I took off all my clothes leaving me in my underwater. I walked over to my full length mirror, that's when I saw every thing Kyle did, the deep gash along my back, the black eye that hasn't faded, the cut in my neck and the terrible burns. I look like a walking horror movie. I slowly backed up to sit on my bed and began to cry. I was only out for a run when Kyle approached me. I never thought this would happen. I felt angry so I picked up the lamp and threw it at the wall. I got up and put my clothes back on. I tried to get my mind off of things so I baked muffins, more than I knew what to do with. So I decided to bring them to the agents who worked my case. I drove to the FBI headquarters and walked to the front desk. " Hi my name is violet camden , I'm looking for the agents who worked my case" I say " agent Luke Hemings and his team are on level 7" she says. " Thanks you". I arrive on level 7 and go thought 2 big glass doors. " Hello miss I'm agent Irwin, can I help you" he says. "Yes actually, I'm looking for agent Hemmings and his team" I say. He smiles and walks off. " Oh Luke there's someone here to see you" he says.  The agent emerges from a room. " Hi I'm agent Hemmings, you wanted to see me". " Um yes, your team worked my case three weeks ago and I just wanted to say thank you so I bake some muffins" I say as I pull the container from my bag. " Thank you, but it's all part of the job" he says and smiles. "Well than your very good at your job. Anyways thank you again agent" I say "call me Luke" "ok Luke, bye" I say and leave. Back home I go, still feeling unsafe.
