Chapter 5: My Beautiful Snow

     Druig approached snow brining his hand across her face; creasing her cheek gently rubbing his thumb along her jaw.   
   She looked at him smiling placing her hand on his. "Oh my love its been a long time... I've missed you so much and longed for this moment." Snow goes to hug him. He embraces her rubbing is hand down her spine. Snow giggled  looking at druig. "You haven't changed at all."

      Ikaris looked on with anger he was getting irritated at the sight of them holding each other. Sprite noticed it; she looked on too with a twing of pain she coughed. "Umm guy's you know we're here too right?"
              Druig pulled away looking at them "Yes I know you're there." His tone changed, "Why is the question." Looking on to everyone;  "Come we must talk." He  hasn't let go of snows hand since the hug.  
Soon heading up to the church he lightly squeezed her hand his eyes turn gold for a second We'll talk later love... On that I can promise." smilling snow nods knowing no one could hear their conversation. Everyone getting settled in sersi starts off the story of what has happend so far. Almost an hour past she finishing her story.

     "You have brought so much bad news m'lady now; why should i help you at all? Ajak is gone, and now the deviant's are back this has nothing to do with me or my people here." Walking around his hands behind his back. Druig had this serious look. "Humans did this to themselves starting wars while killing off their own kind. They evolved so now the earth is doomed; If the earth is to be destroyed so be it."
          Druig noticed kingos assistant  filling his eye turned gold. Karun threw the camera dertoyng it he was shocked about what just happen. "I'm so sorry sir!"
"What was that for druig? Kingo 
annoyed. "I don't want any devices form the outside world here." Druig spat.

       Snow didn't say much since she had their reunion running through her mind. Looking up feeling a little nervous.
      "Druig I know you don't really much care for the humans, and their problems they've caused over the centuries. Doesn't mean they can't redeem themselves; If we stop this they can have a chance to change hell even we Have a place to call home. I can say I love it here... does that count for anything?"

   Ikaris looking on watching snow closely; "I agree with snow we should at least do something."

       Sprite didn't care to much about the conversation. However she did notice Athena elbowed gilgamesh in the arm waking him up. Sprite just giggles quietly and sersi became annoyed. "WERE NOT GETTING ANYWHERE!" she shouted.  
    Everyone got quiet then looked amursed a bit. Petting her new little iguana friend; Thena stood up walking toward the door. "If we can't come to a agreement we're lost, so I suggest we make a plan soon or well have nothing to protect."  With that she walked out Gilgamesh following in suit. "I need to make a call to kit." sersi said walking out followed by sprite who didn't say anything.

           Kingo rubbing his face. "Let's go karun." walking pass druig; "Man he sucks sometimes." Druig rolled his eyes. After everyone had gone leaving snow alone with druig and ikaris. Snow felt druig beside her. "Meet me over at that hut in a little while; you seem to have something to take care of."
       She felt he knew what was going on with her and Ikaris; He didn't have to say a word as he walked away ikaris looked over at snow. In his sweet Scottish accent "We should talk." Showing a sad expression.

         Snow nods "Yes we should." They both decide to fly into the evening sky watching the sunset. The colors were  beautiful with the red,yellow, and orange looking as if the sky was on fire. Ikaris was watching the colors bounce off snows beautiful brown skin her pink lips her face was calm and still. She was breath taking was all he could think about.
     He moved to hold her hand she accepted as she turned to face him. She looked with a expression that could break his heart. "I'm sorry ikaris." He held his hand up cutting her off.  He pulled her close in a loving embrace showing that he knew what was happening. "It's alright i knew this would happen in the end. I know I couldn't come between you, and druig he was meant not me."
