Hi, my name is Lee Felix and I'm a twenty one year old model, I recently was invited to a reality tv show called 'Love Island'. My friend Chan told me to accept because of the business opportunities it would bring me. So here I am, on a boat out to some island place. Honestly it couldn't be that bad, I'd seen photos of this place and it was pretty damn beautiful.

Felix chuckled at the comments and switched his phone off as they neared the island. A little musical ringtone came through the loudspeakers before announcing they were arriving.
"Welcome to Love Island! Get ready for the time of your life! Upon arrival please deposit phones or other technology devices into the phone bin on the right. Then make your way to the cabins, we will play a game to announce who is paired in the rooms."
Felix got his bag ready as they reached the shore, he noticed a few people looking at him, smiling so he shot back a warm smile in return. He also noticed a large sum of people looking at him in jealousy. He stifled a chuckle and walked to the departing section of the yacht.
A medium group of people of about 15-20 influencers were queuing up to get off, tossing their phones in the device bins. Felix edged closer to the front of the line and stared into the beautiful turquoise water beneath him. Small fish were dancing around in the crystal waves, blissfully unaware of the people above them.
He reached the front of the line, putting his phone in the bin and followed the line of people walking left to the cabin area. As he walked he took the time to observe the gorgeous island. There were tall palm trees, dangling coconuts that seemed to inhabit some tropical breed of parrot Felix couldn't identify, singing and chirping loudly.
He had taken his shoes off before they got off the yacht and sighed at the nice feeling of the glistening white sand between his toes. (A/N I absolutely hate sand ngl (and feet)) The sun was high in the sky, reflecting sparkling little jewels of light onto the water. This really was paradise, until he heard two women arguing.
"Yah! You can't just call someone ugly!!" A pretty cat eyed girl with long brunette hair was yelling angrily.
"Oh yeah? Well- you can't be here because.. because you're ugly!" The other girl shot back, Felix couldn't see what she looked like because she had her back turned, but she had short bleached grey hair, styled into a bob-cut. He rolled his eyes and continued walking past them, not wanting to get involved and make enemies again.
He spot the cabins in the near distance, they looked comfortable enough. Then he peered behind him and noticed a camera filming as he walked, he cringed, trying to hide it. But waved at the camera nonetheless. "Hey! Kid! Could you do a brief interview on what it's like here so far?"
Felix mentally groaned, smiling and walking over. "Of course!" He looked around, taking it all in. "Honestly it's the most beautiful place I've ever been to," he motioned to his surroundings "I don't know why those two girls were arguing earlier but this place is paradise!" He gushed, trying his best to look happy and involved.
The cameraman motioned for him to say something else and Felix panicked, contemplating what usual people say on reality shows. "I may look nice, but if I want something, I always get it." Felix winked at the camera, smiling cheekily before turning on his heel and joining the crowd of other people waiting to do their interviews.
"Nice dude, you're a natural" a smiling squirrel like boy complimented Felix, patting him on the back. "You think so? Thanks I guess" he giggled a bit and the other male held his hand out. "I'm Han Jisung, and you are?" Felix took his hand, shaking it with a smile, "I'm Lee Felix" Jisung thought for a moment, then pointed his finger up in the air, remembering "ah you're the model kid aren't you?" Felix nodded shyly. "And you're that actor from 'secret secret'?" He asked, feeling as though he had seen this guy before. Jisung nodded, sending a wave of relief through the freckled male.
"Welcome to love island!" An employee gushed, smiling at everyone. "The first game is truth or dare, if you do the dare or say the truth, you get to pick a cabin partner. If you do not, we will draw it at random." Felix nodded, slightly confused on how that worked but nonetheless he was excited.
