Felix's POV - (basically last chapter but in Lixies pov).

"Introducing, Bang Chan!"

I was shocked, but excited nonetheless.

I vividly remember running towards him, leaving Hyunjin and then bumping into him on the way back. I had been so absorbed in our conversation I hadn't even realised how close we had become to the three males.

They then left to go and get some 'water'. I could tell that Hyunjin was upset, but I didn't know why. I mean, Chan and I have been friends for like my whole life, we grew up together, we went to school together, and now we are on a dating show together.. how ironic.

But I have never experienced any romantic feelings for Chan, he was like a brother to me, and he knew it.

We ended up walking along the beach, just talking.

"Channie, how did you end up here?" I asked, glancing up at him and smiling. He shrugged, "they just said they wanted to add another contestant and said I should come.. so here I am." He chuckled, shoving his hands into his pockets and looking out across the ocean.

I nodded, looking around subconsciously for Hyunjin. And then Chan spoke, drawing my attention to him.

"So, I've been watching the show.. you and Hyunjin aye?" Chan asked, a cheeky smirk lacing his lips.

"Yes.. though I think he's upset with me." I replied, biting my lip. Chan furrowed his brows, "why?" He questioned.

"I think he's possibly jealous. But he has no reason to be." I mumbled, glancing at Chan. "Ohh.. that makes sense." Chan pointedly said, laughing dryly.

I nodded, raising an eyebrow.

I was about to speak when he interrupted me, pointing over under a palm tree.

"Hey is that him there? Or is that someone else, it looks like hi-"

"Yes that's him." I hurriedly replied, accidentally cutting him off from my eagerness to speak with the elder male.

Chan chuckled, holding me back from running and slowly walking towards them instead.

We made our way towards the group of boys, Jisung suddenly turning around and looking at us, tapping Minho and then turning back to Hyunjin, who was just staring into a coconut shell.

I approached, Chan close behind me. And frowned as Minho got up and sat next to Hyunjin, who was now intently staring up into the sky.

I shyly stood in front of him, feeling the tension between the three of us as I tried to choke out some words.

"Hyunnie, do we need to talk?" Is what I ended up saying, biting my lip a bit as he suddenly looked at me. I raised an eyebrow as Minho shook his head no, and whispered something in Hyunjins ear, pulling away and giving him a small smile.

I didn't know what to do, Hyunjin still hadn't spoken and I was practically shitting myself. It fucking hurt, he wouldn't even hear me out.

He finally spoke, "not right now, Felix, maybe later." He looked up at me for a split second and then glanced away as I pouted.

"Hyunnie, why won't you look at me?" I whined, crouching down and cupping his face in my palms. He looked so innocent and cute in that moment.

He shrugged, maintaining eye contact for a bit before his eyes wandered behind me, so naturally I followed his gaze and saw Jisung watching, a strange look on his face.

I tilted my head, confused. To which he mouthed a response.

"Are you and this Chan guy a thing?" He mouthed, trying to slowly pronounce all the syllables so I could read his lips properly.
