Billy and Daphne are sitting at a table in the library when Sam's phone starts ringing. Dean walks in and goes to the ringing phone, seeing it's Cas, so he answers, putting it on speaker.
"Cas?" Dean asks.
"Sam." Cas says.
"No, it's Dean. What's up?" Dean asks.
"Nothing. I'm just, uh... just staying in touch. Like I do." Cas says.
"Something on your mind?" Dean asks.
"No. This call is pointless. My ride's here." Cas hangs up.
"That was weird, right?" Dean asks.
"You know him better than we do." Billy shrugs.
"Hey." Sam walks in.
"Hey." Dean replies, sitting down.
"The fridge is picked clean. Your turn to fly. I buy." Sam says. "That's, uh, that's mine, right?" He picks his phone up.
"Hey, uh, you talk to Cas recently?" Dean asks.
"No. Um, not for a while. Why?" Sam asks.
"I was just wondering what he's up to. He's got to be up to something, right?" Dean asks.
"Yeah. Angel stuff or... I don't know." Sam shrugs.
"Yeah." Dean nods.
"All right, I vote for pizza." Sam says.
"Ooh, yay!" Daphne grins, holding up celebratory fists, making Sam softly chuckle at her reaction.

Dean ended up capturing one Styne family member and he killed the other one, the two having cornered him at the pizza place. They have Eldon in the dungeon and Sam strictly ordered the two teenagers to stay in one of their bedrooms for safety.
Daphne's a little concerned with having a killer in the dungeon, but she was mostly just bummed she didn't get her pizza.

Sam and the two teenagers are in the library after Eldon broke his arm off in order to escape. Dean gets back from looking for him, walking into the library.
"Hey. Any sign of him?" Sam asks.
"Lot of signs... just no him. I followed the blood trail. Which, by the way, was like the Mississippi, till it ran dry." Dean says.
"Meaning what? He bled out?" Sam asks.
"Meaning that the trail stopped. Vanished. Nada." Dean says.
"Dude, what are these guys?" Daphne mutters.
"Freaky, terrifying, superhuman creatures." Billy mumbles with a shrug.
"He sure must have thought he was gonna win that one, cause, phew, was he gabby." Dean says.
"Well, I've been going through everything we have on the Frankensteins, and it's just like Eldon said. I mean, 1,000 years of nasty. They made a ton mopping up the black plague. They started the 100 years war."
"You know, I thought, "man, there's a lot of them Stynes." You know, it's like, uh, Alpha male central. And then I thought -- and this is key -- I thought, "This is bad, but it would really blow if these guys had the book. At least they don't have the damn book.""
"Yeah. Yeah." Sam nods, but Billy can tell the younger brother is nervous for some reason.
"At least the damn book burned. Right, Sam?" Dean asks. "But then, Eldon Frankenstein... he hits me with this little fun fact. He says that the book can't be destroyed. Says that it can't be sliced, diced, shredded, burned, drowned. Cannot be destroyed. Ain't that crazy? Because... I know I saw something burn."
