Sam found a case, convincing Dean to take a break from researching about Cas and Amara, having stated they all needed to clear their heads. They managed to track the werewolves after the bartender they talked to mentioned cabins in the woods -- which Daphne clearly stated she was against going to after having seen that movie.
The two hostages are still strung up while the four hunters fight the werewolves. One of the werewolves slams Sam into a table which breaks. He growls at Sam who aims his gun at him, but the werewolf kicks it out of his hand. He goes to stomp on Sam's chest, but he rolls out of the way in time.
Dean is fighting another werewolf while the siblings fight a third werewolf.
The werewolf swings at Daphne who ducks in time. Billy goes to punch the werewolf, but he dodges the hit.
Sam manages to kill the werewolf he's fighting as Dean shoves his werewolf to the ground. Billy punches the one werewolf, sending him to the floor. Billy looks around for his gun, stopping when a gunshot rings out.
Dean, Daphne, and Billy stare in shock as Sam falls to the floor, one of the werewolves having shot him. Billy notices movement in the corner of his eye and sees the other werewolf getting up, a hungry gaze directed in Daphne's direction.
The girl is too focused on Sam to notice the werewolf charging at her.
"Daphne!" Billy runs over, shoving her out of the way, and then tackling the werewolf to the ground. The werewolf growls, thrusting his hand up, Billy crying out as the claws go in his stomach.
Daphne gasps, her hands flying to her mouth, watching in shock and horror as her brother gets stabbed.
Billy lets out a small noise of pain as the werewolf rolls Billy off of him. The werewolf gets up and turns his attention back to Daphne.
Daphne spots Billy's gun on the floor and dives for it. The werewolf charges at her and she grabs the gun. The werewolf grabs her leg, claws scratching her shin making her whine. She turns onto her back, shooting the werewolf three times in the chest.
The werewolf falls to the ground, dead. Daphne pants as she looks at his body.
Dean kills the other werewolf before finding a first aid kit in the bag they brought. Daphne gets up and rushes over to Billy.
"Billy?" She asks, gently patting his chest as he grimaces in pain. "Billy?"
"I'm fine, Daph." Billy groans out.
Daphne lifts his shirt to see the claw punctures, tears springing to her eyes at the injury and blood. She lets out a small whimper as she lowers his shirt back down.
"Why'd you push me?" Daphne whispers, her voice cracking.
"Well, can't really let you die, now, can I?" Billy says with a small chuckle, immediately groaning in pain after.
"Hey, hey." Dean comes over after getting the bullet out of Sam who is patching himself up. "How we doing over here?"
"Yeah, no, we're doing great." Billy grimaces.
"All right, that's the spirit." Dean claps him on the shoulder. "Daph, do you know how to bandage a wound?" He asks, but the girl doesn't reply, staring at Billy's injury. "Daph? Daphne." Dean calls, but she's still out of it.
"Tigger." Dean cups one side of her face. The nicknames snaps her out of her state and she looks up at Dean, the tears streaming down her face silently.
"Hey, do you know how to bandage a wound?" Dean asks, holding up some bandaging.
"I-I... no." She shakes her head.
