"Oh, so you know of me," said Big Mama, "I always got the impression that the turtely-bos didn't quite approve of me being with their daddy with the kind of woman I am."
"Well, I haven't heard much of anything good about you," I said turning fully to her, "They say you're the type who bait people into agreements only to change the terms at the last second. That's pretty underhanded..."
"Ah, yes. I'm quite proud of that really," she took a drink out of a wine glass before asking, "Care for a bit? It's really quite exquisite." She reached out to a cart with extra glass and wine bucket.
"No thanks," I said eying it suspiciously, "I'm not old enough to drink..."
"Oh well. You're lost," she said, leaning back, "Though I do imagine with that little power of yours, the effects would be off instantaneously. Clearing away the toxins as you did with that piggy fellow...Oh, don't worry," she said as I jerked a little, "He's completely sane now, though in my dungeons." Actually, I was a bit worried Leo might have cut him down, even after I healed the guy. I was relieved that he hadn't crossed that line at least. With everything that happened, it wasn't far-fetched to imagine that he would.
"You really are quite the lovely little thing," said Big Mama as she got up and approached me.
As she reached a hand out to touch my face, I caught her wrist, gripping it tightly and saying, "I wouldn't do that if I were you, lady..."
A grin spread across her face as she retracted her arm, saying, "Oh, and quite the feisty one too. It's no wonder my prince likes you. You know, the two of you would make quite the generation of little warriors."
"Oh, God...You're that way too? Come on, we're seventeen-year-olds! At least wait till we're both eighteen before throwing around the idea of marriage or having kids...Ug...You and Splinter really are meant for each other," I said shuddering, "Anyway, you keep calling Leo your 'prince'. That feels kind of weird and creepy. Please stop doing that..."
"What's wrong with it?" she asked walking over to the tv, which was now showing an ongoing battle between Splinter and Leo. I wondered if he'd cycled through the rest of the Hamato clan. Her eyes followed the battle quite closely as she said, "Leonardo is my Lou's boy and if I am a queen, then Lou is my King. That makes all of his boys my little princes. And he in particular is so much like his father. Despite all the shenanigans he's tried to pull over me, he really is quite my favorite."
"We'll if that's the case, then stop your 'Nexus Prince' from being an idiot! Don't you know what he's trying to do? That 'prize' is part of a key and if it falls into the wrong hands very bad things are going to happen..."
"Oh, I'm quite aware," Big Mama said turning to me, a serious look on her face, "He did tell me when we made our little deal. I know everything, from the apocalyptic future in our stars to the very fact that you're a human from another world and cursed into that form," she eyed my earing, "I would have helped him set his trap, even if he didn't insist on roping me into a contract to keep you and his family away from the fight...It's, as he says, bad for my business."
"Then how come you're letting him fight us? Shouldn't you have barred us from even entering the arena?"
"Well, I only agreed to keep you from the Krang fight," she smirked, "Otherwise, a young man facing off against everyone he loves makes quite the thrilling drama...Of course, I am willing to let you have another chance at defeating him. You did seem able to go toe to toe and I imagen you could have taken him down if that Meatsweats didn't show up."
I narrowed my eyes, "Really? And what's in it for you?"
She gave a shrill giggle as she transformed back into a yokai. I took a step back. "Well, it's good to know you're smart," she said, "Hmm...I was thinking. I'd like to be the godmother of your first born...no all of your children."
