"Oh my god, that purse is gorgeous!" Delilah tells me, taking another step around me as she takes her seat. We were currently sitting in the hockey arena where the guys will be playing tonight. Since River is cousin's with one of the players and is basically married to another, she was able to get great seats.
Delilah, who is Greyson's twin sister, had surprised him by flying out to Boston. She was currently living in London, along with their mom. They both had the choice to move there but one chose to stay and the other chose to go. Even when they were so far from each other, they still were closer than ever.
I always wondered how it felt to be a twin. Would it feel weird having another me?
"Thank you," I say, she was one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. River hasn't arrived yet and Nora was hanging out with Lily. Yes, I said it. Nora is hanging out with Lily. I make a mental note to ask her for every single detail later on.
Delilah was dressed in a light gray A-line skirt with a half tucked in white button up. White socks and sneakers on her feet while a small handbag hangs on her shoulder. Sunglasses lay on her head, keeping her medium length, dirty blonde hair out of her face.
She had more of a British accent then she did American or Boston one. If I wasn't totally hooked on her twin brother, I would have definitely tried to ask her out. Her curves were in all the right places, and she needs to give me her skincare routine. Her skin was absolutely perfect.
Forget Mr. London boy, give me Ms. London girl. Sorry, not sorry, but Taylor Swift is my everything .
I was currently dressed in light gray wide legged trousers, a long sleeved black shirt covering my chest and arms. A pair of white shoes and a black purse sitting on my lap. My hair was straightened and I had two small pieces braided while the rest was left down.
If I wanted to win the family over, I had to look good doing it.
"Delilah!" We turned our heads towards the direction the shout had come from. Greyson was all covered in his gear along with Leo as they wave from the ice. It may be just me because I'm totally fucking blind but I think Leo is checking out my London girl.
"Hello, my dear twin," Delilah says back, her voice was loud but it wouldn't be considered a shout or even a yell. My eyes stay on Greyson, trailing down his body. Not going to lie, he looked really good right now.
When my eyes finally meet his, I see him looking at me. A smirk on his face as he sends a wink in my direction. Rolling my eyes, I lift up my middle finger and send him a kiss with it. Greyson pretends to catch it and he holds it to his heart making me let out a laugh.
"Parker! Sanchez! Get your asses in here!" Their coach yells, standing next to the locker room door. Leo and Greyson quickly wave bye to us before skating over to their coach.
"You like my brother," Delilah suddenly states after a minute. I look over at her, seeing a huge cheeky smile on her face. A blush starts to form on my face, I'm sure I probably look like a huge red tomato. And I don't even like tomatoes.
"Maybe," I whisper more to myself but I can tell she heard it. River appears at the worst timing. Dressed in a number 55 hockey jersey and a pair of skinny jeans. She was wearing Noah's number, I should have worn Greyson's jersey.
"Hi, beautiful people." River greets as she waddles in front of us to get to her seat. Her long wavy hair was still a little wet. She must have rushed home after practicing in the ballet room. Let's just say, she has been working hard for her solo.
"Well, I am cheering you both on from a whole other country." Delilah whispers, reaching over she takes my hand into hers and gives it a small squeeze.
We make sure to give each other our numbers and social media. After a couple more minutes the game finally starts. I wait until they finally announce number 7, Greyson Parker. I start to clap as Delilah cheers for him.
I don't know a thing about hockey, so I'm zoning out half of the game and the other half I'm on my phone.
I show Delilah a meme I saw yesterday and she starts to laugh along with me. River suddenly stands up, watching the game intensely. Both of us look away from my phone towards the ice.
Noah is being held back by Roman as Leo stands in front of them. Pushing both of them back as he tries to keep them from fighting with the other team. One of the other teammates on the other team tries to get a hit on Noah only to get pushed back by Leo.
My eyes wander frantically, trying to find Greyson. When I do find him, he is getting punched right in the face. I'm on my feet in seconds, worry lining my face. Delilah is standing along with me, her arms crossed over her chest but her eyes aren't only on Greyson. They switch to Leo every so often.
The guy says something that makes Greyson punch him hard. Once the referees finally get everything under control they announce that the rest of the game is canceled before making sure all the players are on different sides. Delilah tells us to follow her to the locker rooms.
When we finally get there, it's time for the waiting game. River paces back and forth as we hear some yelling between Noah and the team's coach. I sit, crouched down next to the door. Delilah stands on the other side of me, leaning against a wall with her arms crossed as she zones out.
After a couple of minutes, Roman walks out and whispers something to River before saying that he will see us later on. Soon, Greyson and Leo walk out. Both of them have small bruises on their faces.
They both tell River that Noah should be out soon before asking if Delilah and I wanted to ride with them. We agree after making sure it's okay with River. She tells us she'll be fine and to be safe before we leave.
I feel an arm wrap around my shoulders and I look up to see Greyson leaning his head against mine as we walk. This is the first time he is making some sort of real move on me in front of everyone. I think my heart may explode.
I see Delilah send a sneakily smile as she walks alongside Leo. "You good, Blondie?" I ask Greyson, turning my attention back onto him. He nods and holds me a little closer towards him.
Someone missed me. Maybe, just maybe, I missed him too.
"All good, Rosie." Greyson whispers into my ear before leaving a light kiss on the top of my head. Let's just say I have always been a sucker for height differences.
