The Next Day

(Jayde's POV)

I woke up in my own bed. No, I didn't spend the night at Jacob's house. His mom took me home. He really made me think about some stuff. I'm supposed to go to breakfast with Chris this morning. But, I'm not. We also receive our egg babies today .. Ughh why today. I'm supposed to go to Navy Pier with Jake. I guess we can put them in the fridge until we get back. And that stupid party at Mya's house is today. Chris doesn't know that the concert was canceled. I may pop up to the party to scope it out. But, I may not. Who knows. I got knocked out of my thoughts when Tatiyana called me. I was supposed to be getting ready but I didn't care. I talked to her for about 5 minutes. She wanted to go to Navy Pier with me and Jacob and bring Roc. Of course I was cool with it. She was my bestie. I went to the bathroom and showered while listening to music.
I really love Chris Brown x Biggest Fan and Bahja Rodriguez x Jealous Type. I know that song is by Chris Brown is nasty but I love it. I love when Chris Brown talks about that stuff. His voice just gives me life 😍. I have to go to his concert one day. After I finished getting ready and brushed my teeth. I decided to wear a bun.. a different type of look. I always wear my hair down. It took me a while because I had to fit all of my hair up there. I went downstairs and warmed up a pop tart. I grabbed my book bag & ID. When I turned out, I saw my brother eating my pop tart 😐. Wow isn't that just great. I just plugged my headphones in and walked out the house leaving my brother there laughing.

When I walked out. I noticed a figure walking towards me. It was Chris. I simply turned my music up. He stopped in front of me.

Chris- Jayde

I ignored and kept walking as he started walking backwards.

Chris- Jay listen to me

He pulled my headphones out and I snatched them away from him

Me- Get away from me Chris

Chris- We're still supposed to go to breakfast. Come on please.. Baby don't be like that.

Me- I don't want to go to breakfast tho.

Chris- But, I want you to go so we can spend some time together. Please .. I love you

Those words sunk into my heart once again. I love him so much. It can't hurt for me to just go to breakfast.

I walked with him to his house. His brother ended up driving us to the Original Pancake House. Oh My Gosh they're food is so good😩😻. When we got there, his brother drove off. We walked in and got seated right away. The waiter asked for what drinks we wanted and walked away.

Chris- How you feelin this morning ?

Me- I don't know. Like I feel every morning. 😐

Chris- Why you doin me like this ?

Me- You asked me a question and I answered.

The waiter came back with my apple juice and his orange juice. We both ordered sending the waiter back into the kitchen.

Chris- Baby It's like you don't even give me the time of day anymore.

Me- What are you talking about ? We only have 2 classes together and the rest of the time you are with the boys. You're the one that's always busy. You barely talk to me in school. You don't call me like you used to. Text me. I wait for a text from you thinking that you are thinking about me.

Chris- Pa-lease you're supposed to text me to. You're the one that's always around that boy.

Me- Here we go again. It's okay for you to talk to other girls and laugh and giggle around them. But, I can't have most of my classes with a boy and be his friend ?? So I can't laugh at what he says ? You know what.. I'm not arguing with you this morning. We are here to have a pleasant breakfast.

Chris- You right .. But we will address this later.

I just ignored that statement. The nerve of him.
