Liam's POV:

I stare at the sight infront of me, green grass swaying in the wind, mountains in the horizon, the sun illuminating the world that I'm standing in. It would've been a beautiful sight if it weren't for the gigantic glowing sword stabbed into the mountain.

"Long time no see." I smile bitterly, this place was all too familiar to me. Green grass filled with condensed magic energy, wind threatening to cut anyone weaker than S-class, my- no. Our home.

'Hm, wonder if any of the others are here?' I take a step forward and start walking into the sword-stabbed mountain. A sudden rise in magic energy emerged from my body making the ground beneath me shake. The energy made it's way infront of me, gathering into a sphere and shrinking into the size of a golf ball before exploding.

It's shockwave made up of extremely unstable magic energy spread around me, burning the grass and ground in a 100km radius and shook the air before calming down.

"Hm.." I hum in satisfaction, grabbing the item infront of me. A cerulean crystal. The magic still leaking out was making sounds akin to several instruments, a flute, a drum, a trumpet, the sounds that were shaking the air calmed down as ambience music played and I continue walking. The crystal following shortly behind while floating.

Any normal person would've been killed in less than a millisecond if they were caught up in that, and if it didn't, the harsh winds of this planet would.

The burnt ground slowly lit up as grass begins to raidly grow and eventually healed the damaged environment. I let out a small smile and continue walking.

The forest was quiet unlike the old days
When we used to run around and ambush each other, trying to gain the upper hand even though the "upper hand" was already determined from the beginning.

I stop and grab the floating crystal from my right and stare at it. It's glowing blue light humming slightly in my hand as I remember the first words Zendaya said to me, 'The earlier you inherit this crystal, the stronger you get.'

I had no Idea what she was talking about back then, whether she was just someone who was into cosplaying, or a nutjob. Well, I found out the hard way...

*boom*

"Huh?" I turn around and look up, there was a giant ball of demonic magic. The magic energy seemed to distort the space around it, the air surrounding it immediatelygot sucked in like a black hole and exploded...

A teleportation spell.

Once everything calmed down, a dark humanoid figure was left floating in the sky. The figure looked around, eventually feeling it's gaze on me as memories rushed to my head. 'Oh no..' I immediately erase my presence as the figure rushed towards me with speed faster than sound as I quietly walk away from my position.

His speed slowed down once he neared the ground, opting to hover on top of the grass.

The demon looked around again, trying to find me, as I stare at his blood red eyes, the demon wore a a black suit and bow tie, his attire made him look like a butler. Well, I made him look like a butler. He reminds me too much of a certain demonic butler.

His face distorted into disappointment, then into sadness as tears streamed down on his cheeks.

"How disappointing, I've failed to catch the intruder..." He continued to sob, eventually getting on his knees and curling up in a ball.

"..." I look at my mess of a subordinate and make my presence known as he immediately wiped his tears and stood up, "Vide." His figure shook slightly as I said his name.
