Two

~Phil's POV~
We sat in the little waiting room for Cassie. I was so nervous. I'm not sure if the child will like me or Dan when it's older. What if we mess up? To calm me, I went on twitter and tweeted a little. What I tweeted was how I was nervous about all this.

The fans know Dan and I are dating and that we are adopting. Dan and I started to date January 5th, 2010. I remembered how we had secret kisses in my bedroom, how I would blush when he complimented me. Dan was the one who asked me out, since I was to chicken. Then two months ago we told the fans we are planning to adopt.

"Dan Howell and Phil Lester." I looked up. Cassie was in front of us smiling. "Will you both please follow me?" She asked.

"Of course." Dan said and we got up to follow.

She took us to the room filled with children and told us to wait. As we waited, I decided to play with the little kids.

"Use water gun!" A little boy shouts. He sprayed water on my Pokemon plush. "It's super effective!" Dan announced. "Use tail whip." I said, and made my Pokemon plush use tail whip. "Not effective, Phil." Dan said and I smile at him.

"Use water gun!" The boy sprayed water again and I pretended the Pokemon was dead.

He starts to cheer and I smile.

"Dan. Phil. Would you like to see the child?" Cassie asked in a room near us.

I said bye to the little boy and went to the room with Dan. It was a room for infants. Some of the employees are in here helping take care of them.

I saw Cassie at one crib and I walked over to her with Dan.

"Dan... Phil... This is Kairi." We saw a little baby girl in her arms. She has auburn hair, but I couldn't see her eyes yet. "Would you like to hold her?" She asked. I started to freak. I don't want to hurt her!

"I do." Dan said.

~Dan's POV~
Cassie hands me Kairi, and that's when I knew she was it. I held Kairi carefully in my arms and smiled.

"Hey baby girl." I said softly. Her eyes open, revealing green. She looks at me and grabs my finger that was on her chest. Kairi starts to babble and my heart melted a little.

"Phil." I look up at him. He smiles and nod. I look at Cassie and back to Kairi. Her green eyes looking straight at me and babbling. I look at Cassie again.

"She's the one."

Yes this is short, but I really really wanted to update! I'm still planning this book out. I need a cover too. Hmm I wonder what I should do... Idk
