Fade's the Name! Let Training Begin!

"I have a bit of money stored away, somewhere..." *We went shopping for clothes for her, and we went back went back the hotel room, where I was able to deactivate the shock collar and break it off*

"Alright, we're here... Let's find a new name for you."

Test89: Ok. How do we do that?

"We can start by looking up names online. You seem to be comfortable as a female, so we can go based off of that, for now." *I looked up names online for her*

Test89: I saw a really pretty thing outside, when we were walking back.

"Oh, yeah? What's that?" 

Test89: I don't know what it was, but it was at the sky, and the colors were all mushed together. It was really pretty.

"That's called a sunset. And the colors being mushed together is called a gradient, or a fade."

Test89: That sounds nice. I wanna see it again.

"We can see it, tomorrow, if you want."

~At that moment, Cisco walked into the hotel room, saw me with Test89, and looked shocked~

Cisco: S-syren...? Is that really you? 

"Cisco?" *I put my phone down and ran over to him* "I promise, I'm never gonna go out without telling you first!" *I hugged him tightly*

Cisco: Wait, you went out alone?! You know how I feel about you doing that at night, sis. And you saw what just happened. 

"I know... I didn't think anything would happen, but...." *I looked away, upset and on the verge of tears*

Cisco: It's ok... The important thing is that you're here, now, and safe. I'm never gonna leave your side again.

Test89: *She sneezed and looked awkwardly at us* Syren, who's that?

"Oh, sorry." *I let go of Cisco and wiped my face* This is my older brother, Francisco.

Cisco: Just call me Cisco. What's your name?

Test89: We're working on that.

Cisco: What do you mean?

"The name she has isn't fitting for a living person."

Test89: Wolf hybrid.

"Yeah, that. Wait, what?" *I looked confused*

Test89: I'm not just a wolf. I also have antlers and wings. "She showed her true form, with long red hair that faded to a bright yellow, with antlers coming out of it. She had giant wings, that almost knocked everything off of our table* This is my true form.

Cisco: Wow... That's awesome.

"I didn't know you could do all that. I mean, I knew you had wings, but I didn't know they could be THIS big!"

Test89: Yeah, they did that to them at the lab... *She went back to how she was before: A wolf with dark red hair and small wings*

Cisco: The way her hair faded was really cool. I wanna do something like that with my hair, at some point.

Test89: Fade. I like that word.

"You like it?"

Cisco: What do you mean?

Test89: I wanna be called Fade. I like it.

Cisco: Alright, then. It's settled. Your new name is Fade. Forget about whatever your old name was.
