Never a Dull Moment...

~Previously~

~After some time, we finally finished and went out to eat, where we saw something that we weren't expecting to see...~

Cisco: Who's paying this time?

"You paid last time, so I got this one."

Cisco: Thanks, sis. We need to get a job here, too. We need money to be able to keep living the way we are.

"You're not wrong... Maybe we can both work to make some more?"

Cisco: I don't need you to be overly stressed out. I'll work, and let you have your alone time.

"But what if the villains attack us again? I don't wanna be taken by her."

Cisco: You have a fair point there. But if you go out, they'll find out more info about us. It's safer if only one of us works. I'll do it.

"Are you sure? I don't want you getting hurt, either."

Cisco: I'll be fine. I can use my abilities better than I could before, thanks to UA. But I'm more worried about you.

"I can defend myself. You know that."

Cisco: Then what happened last time, when you were captured?

"It was sudden and I wasn't expecting it. I didn't think it was anything bad, ok?"

Cisco: And that's why I say what I always say. "Expect the unexpected". Don't I always say that to you?

"Well, yeah, but I don't know how to do that."

Cisco: Then you need to learn. I'll help you, ok? Don't worry.

"You worry about me too much. I get that you're my older brother, but I can take care of myself, too."

Cisco: It's my job to worry about you. We're almost adults, Syren. 

"We're a year apart. Not that big of a difference."

Cisco: And I get that. But I'm still older than you.

"Right. Because age is a factor of strength."

Cisco: Can we not do this right now? Let's just eat and go back. 

"Fine. Get whatever you want."

Cisco: Don't we always?

"Yeah, we do."

Cisco: Alright, then. 

~After ordering and almost finishing dinner, I heard some metal-scraping noise, and covered my ears~

Cisco: What's going on?

"There's some metal scraping. It hurts my ears."

Cisco: Metal scraping? 

*I nodded and my ears went down a bit*

Cisco: Oh, scrap. Someone knows we're here.

"Could it be an Autobot?"

Cisco: I'm not sure. 

*The noise finally stopped, I uncovered my ears* "That was really weird. What do you think it could've been?"

Cisco: I'm not sure. I'll be right back. Stay here, and don't move unless you hear me. Got it?

"Yeah, but what's going on?"

Cisco: There's a weird scent in here. I'm gonna go find out what it is.

"I don't smell anything. Something's wrong with your nose."
