The famous Vice Admiral Garp clapped his hands and laughed happily.

Garp: I didn't know there was a guy like you in this small island! What's your name again, soldier?

(Y/N) saluted to the vice admiral.

(Y/N): My name is (Y/N), sir! A recently promoted warrant officer!

Garp: HAHAHA! I have heard about you from Noshihagu! You joined the marine only three years ago as a chore boy and you're already a warrant officer!

Mashikaku: Sir... It's Mashikak-

Garp: So, boy, take me to the base! You said Captain William is in charge here?

(Y/N): Yes sir! Please follow me! Mashikaku, please stay here and finish cleaning up the pirates with Vice Admiral Garp's men.

The warrant officer ordered the petty officer and Mashikaku had to salute.

Mashikaku: Yes, Warrant Officer (Y/N)!

Garp: Now let's get going.

The two high ranking marines walked away.

Mashikaku: Man... How did that little kid get promoted faster than me...

Captain William's Office

William: That's it for the report. sir!

William put his paper down and saluted to Garp.

Garp who was sitting down on the couch, finished drinking his tea and smiled.

Garp: Not bad for such a small base in a notorious island!

William sat down on his chair and proudly replied.

William: Big thanks to Warrant Officer (Y/N), sir. That little kid already knows both observation and armament haki!

Garp: You taught him?

William chuckled a little and fixed his glasses.

William: Only the basics... It was him who went on to train it fully and not only that, he knows-

Garp: The Rokushiki, right? I saw the pirate captain's head and looks like he got killed by a shigan, hahaha!

William: I could confidently say that he is currently one of the strongest marines in this relatively peaceful East Blue. And he's only 17...

William stood up from his chair and bowed.
