Antone awoke to a gasping yell and cry and sat up, rushing over to Hazel who had jerked forward, panting and breathing heavily. He was still tired and he almost collapsed onto his chest again, but Antone sat behind him and cushioned his drowsy fall, holding him as he heard him whisper weakly, "Kali... She- she told me where she is." Hazel's breath began to slow and his eyes fluttered closed, then opened again as he gently gripped the arms around his stomach.
"You need to rest." Antone said softly.
"No. We- We need to go find her," Hazel breathed out. Antone let out a long sigh and felt as Hazel turned slowly, then collapsed on top of him, his face buried in the crook of his neck and his bloody nose smearing on the sheets.
"You must rest if you want to see her." Hazel nodded slowly.
"Okay...okay...," he breathed out and blinked his eyes shut, falling asleep, once again, and did not awaken till morning.
