I think that's it but tell me if there's more
Y/N's POV
Two days laterJames and I had actually gotten a little close the past two days. Although I didn't 100% forgive him, I knew he was sorry. That's all that really mattered.
No, I still wasn't eating though. Luckily nobody could physically shove food down my throat, so that was nice. My shoulder was sore a lot from it getting dislocated and relocated multiple times, and it hurt whenever pressure was put on it. I had to either sleep on my back, or the right side of my body since it was my left shoulder they fancied dislocating.
I was cuddling my pig to my chest when I heard my name.
"Hey, Y/N!" James waved as he walked into the main room of the orphanage. I looked over at him. "Hey." I sighed. "You ok?" He asked. I nodded. "Do you...wanna talk about it?" "It's...it's been just over four weeks since I got took from Clay and George and I just...miss them so much..."
I averted my gaze back out of the window.
"I'm sorry about that." James said. "Done be. It my fault. I'm the one who left without them knowing."
"Y/N!" I heard Maizey yell. I looked up to see her waving at me. "Come with." She said, motioning for me to come over. I sighed, got my crutches, and walked to her. "Follow me!" She said. She sounded overly happy.
She took me to my bedroom where I found my few articles of clothing were packed in my bag on the bed.
"Again?" I asked. "Now, now. Just wait." She said. She handed me my bag, and brought me back downstairs. I was putting my pig in the bag as we walked.
"You're never gonna have to worry about being back here again." Maizey said." What? Why do you say that?" I asked. "Because you, Y/N, are legally adopted." A voice said from behind me. I flinched and turned around to see...Clay and George.
I gasped slightly. I didn't know if I was dreaming or not. When I realized, no, this isn't a dream, I started to cry. I hugged them so tight and never wanted to let go.
"Hey, Y/N!" Clay said. "Long time no see, yeah?"
"What took you so long?" I cried. "We weren't allowed to come for a month after you got took from us. Legal shit." Clay said. George hadn't spoke yet. He was just hugging me and holding in tears. "I missed you..." He finally spoke. "I missed you too."
"So you're...adopting me?" I asked, wiping my tears. "Correction. We've adopted you. Its already been done." Clay grinned.
"Now, Y/N." Maizey started. "I haven't told them what happened the last two weeks with...them...if you know what I mean." She said. She was talking about the hoke they pulled me out of two days ago. You know, where I got beat, locked up, and my shoulder dislocated. "Yeah, I know what you mean." I said.
"I haven't told them because I'm gonna let you tell them when you're ready for them to know." Maizey said. I nodded. "Thanks." I said. Clay and George looked confused and worried.
"Now, go home. I better never see you here ever again." Maizey ruffled my hair. I giggled. "Can I tell...James 'bye'...before I go?" I hesitantly asked. All three of them looked shocked. Maizey didn't know that we had became friends. "I mean...if you want to, I guess..." She said.
I threw my bag over my shoulder and walked into the main room with the three behind me to see Johnny and Bill (James' old minions) picking at him. James stood there with his head down.
I went over to them.
"Hey, dickheads!" I yelled. "Speak of the devil!" Bill said. I guess they were taking about me. "Get lost." I said. "Or what?" Johnny asked.
Then, I whacked at their ankles with one of my crutches. They quickly ran off.
"Good riddance." I mumbled. "Thanks..." James said. "Eh, no biggie." I said. "I was just uhm...coming to say my goodbyes." "Getting fostered again?" He asked. "Not quite." I said. "Clay and George came back. They've adopted me."
"They did?! That's amazing!" James smiled. "Thanks but...what about you?" I asked. "I'll be ok. I know how to throw a punch. I'll live." "Sure didn't seem like it a minute ago." I teased. "Well, that's because I'm tired today." "Uh-huh."
"Well...bye, Y/N." James said. "Bye, for now. We may see each other sometimes. Just not here." I said. He nodded, we hugged, and I walked away.
"Did you two become friends?" Maizey asked. I nodded. "He came and apologized when I got back." I said. "Well that's good." "Yeah."
Time skip
"Nobody actually knows we've came and got you." Clay giggled. "Yeah, we're surprising them." George added. "That's gonna be a lot of tears, I bet." I said.
"So, what's this that Maizey was talking about? She said she didn't tell us something that's happened in the last two weeks. What's that about?" Clay asked. I went quiet and stared down at my lap. "You don't have to tell us now if you're not ready." George offered me a warm smile. I returned the smile. "Thanks." I replied.
I then saw us pull up to the house. It seems bigger than I remember, but that's probably because of that shack I 'lived' in for two weeks.
"Can't wait to see their reactions." Clay giggled.
We got out of the car, and walked towards the house. Clay opened the door and motioned for me not to say anything.
"We're home! We have good and bad news!" Clay yelled as we walked towards where I remember the living room being. I slightly flinched from the yelling. I think George noticed, but didn't say anything.
"Bad news first, homie." I heard Alex say. "Bad news, we didn't make it to Starbucks like we said we would." Clay said. "And the good news?" I heard Nick ask. Clay pulled me around the doorframe so everyone could see me.
"Good news, we brought home an old friend." I could hear the smile in his voice. "And they're here for good this time."
I saw the emotions flood across everyone's faces.
I smiled and waved.
"Oh my god! We missed you so so much!" Nikki said as she stood up. I could tell she was about to cry. I walked more into the living room about five feet from Nikki. "Hey..!" I smiled.
Nikki came over and placed her hands on my shoulders. Yeah, big mistake. She put just enough pressure in just the right spot that it sent an awful pain down up left arm and in my shoulder. I didn't know it was actually that bad.
I bit down on my lip to muffle my slight 'scream' (if that's what you wanna call it), and I flinched back and clenched my hands into fists beside of me. The pain sent tears to my eyes that welled up in my vision, making everything blurry.
Nikki immediately pulled her hands away.
"What...what happened..? I'm so sorry! Are you ok?" Nikki asked. "I-I'm ok..." I lied. I was very much not ok. I could barely breathe from the pain.
Everyone stood (and sat) completely still. Nobody spoke.
I moved the collar of my hoodie over some to look at my shoulder. It was red and swollen looking.
"Jesus christ, Y/N! What happened?" Ranboo asked when he saw it. "It..." I paused. "Is that what Maizey was talking about?" Clay asked. "Kind of..."
"I hope you're ready to tell us what happened, because I'm ready to know."
