Ch 4:First Catch Shenanigans

Kai Pov

I ran out of my house late.

Kai:Crap Crap Crap Crap!

I ran to the beach even jumping over fences to get there.

Izuku:Are you okay?

Kai:Yeah. I'm sorry. I woke up late.

Ryuko:It's fine. We're in no rush.

All Might:Right. With that being said here.

All Might then hands me and Izuku five Pokéballs.

Ryuko:Now let's head over to Sakura Forestway.

Ryuko sent out her Dragonite as All Might sent out a Breaveary. We hopped on the mighty Pokémon's backs and flew to Sakura Forestway. We made it to the forest then took in the new air.

Kai:The Air here is beautiful.

Ryuko:Yeah.

All Might:Young Midorya and I will be on the west side of the forest.

Ryuko:Okay. Kai and I will be in the east side.

Ryuko and I took the path and as we walked we saw a whole bunch of wild Pokémon living peacefully until a Mankey flew into my head.

Ryuko:Are you okay?

As she asked the Mankey ran back to where it was attacked ignoring me.

Kai:Yeah. I'm fine.

Then a Spearow flew into the Mankey using Peck. Mankey started scratch rapidly at the Spearow as every Pokémon, big and small, starts to stampede.

Kai:Let's just stop this fight someone could get hurt by the stampede.

Ryuko:Right. I'll fly above and ahead of the stampede and get anyone in the area out of the way.

Kai:Right. I'll stop the fight.

Ryuko called out her Dragonite and flew into the sky. The Mankey was knocked backwards by the Spearow again and this time it seemed really injured.

Kai:Run along. We've got this.

The Mankey started to swing from tree to tree as the Spearow and Jet Stream stared each other down.

Kai:Jet Stream Tackle attack.

Spearow dove down at Jet Stream beak first as Jet Stream just ran Spearow. The two collided with their attacks, but the attacks from the Spearow did little to nothing to Jet Stream.

Kai:Jet Stream use Tackle again!

Jet Stream ran up to the Spearow as it flew into the air away from Jet Stream.

Kai:' Damn. I can't land a good hit on this thing. '

As I was thinking on my next move Jet Stream picked up a absurdly large rock and threw it at Spearow.

Kai:Great job bud. You learned Rock Throw.

Jet Stream threw the rock at the little bird Pokémon. Spearow dodged the attack just barely. It dived again at Jet Stream.

Kai:Hold your ground.

Jet Stream stood his ground ready to be hit.

Kai:Now! Rock Throw!

Jet Stream jumped over the Spearow and threw a medium rock he found down on top of Spearow.

Kai:Now is perfect. Go Pokéball!

I threw the ball at Spearow and it went inside. The ball shook once...twice... a third time then it stopped and started to shake even more.

Kai:Come on.
