Reasons why y/n doesn't hesitate when seeing blood

1. Y/n sometimes went hunting in the middle of the night and often cook by herself (hmmm chef gorden ramsey), so she often see blood everywhere

2. Y/n is scare of getting hurt at first but even truly get used to it as she sometime hurt herself by tripping and bumping into things in the forest
(During weeks of went out to find luffy)

3. Survival.
