Ryah's point of view
When we got back to the house I couldn't believe what we saw. Francis' mom was cradling a body, and it wasn't just any body. It was Stark. He was beaten and bruised with a couple lacerations, but what I didn't see till I got closer was the broken bone protruding from his arm. Brandon and Francis helped him up to a chair so we could bandage his smaller wounds. Later we finally got his to agree into going to the hospital.
4 hours later and we're still waiting in the fucking ER. I'm sorry but who makes a person whose bone is sticking out of their arm wait 4 hours. I got fed up and started walking to the desk to yell at the nurse when they called Stark back. The extent of his wounds were worse than we thought. I couldn't bare look at him like that so I ran out the room crying.
Stark's point of view
I hated seeing Ryah like that. I really did, it was my fault that I put her through that pain. If I had just stayed out on the road she wouldn't be hurting. But I also didn't know she was in Brisbane, so I went to the Steans home hoping someone was home knowing I'd be safe. But now I'm in the damn hospital all because I didn't know how to keep my mouth shut. After the X-rays and all those damn tests they told us what all was damaged in my body. Once Ryah heard she darted out of the room crying, I sent Francis after her to make sure she was okay.
After 6 long hours I was able to call my mom. Shit. I was able to call my mom, she was gonna be glad I was alive but I also knew I wasn't going to hear the end of how I lost connection with the family for 4 whole months. Let the yelling and lecturing begin.
