I've been looking for her everywhere. I didn't mean it. The necklace was for her. But viserys. Rhaelle is my betrothed. And now he doesn't want me with her. He's exiled me a few times to keep me from getting too close. I want to be with her. But as of now he won't let me have her even if she's promised to me. It's in ink and on paper. I didn't mean what I said. All those gifts to rhaenyra are hers but I have many to trump it all. But viserys forbade me from giving them to her and made it impossible to do so.
Viserys comes over "what have you done to upset her?" And he adds "and crowning her as the queen of love and beauty" I say "she deserves a crown viserys. She needs someone she just lost her mother and saw her dead. I did what you asked me to. To be nothing to her. She hates me now. Congratulations" walking and he says "you cannot have my daughter" I give him a look "you promised her to me. In ink and in fire and blood. What you did was break a sacred promise viserys."
I pause hearing a roar. I know that roar Vaegon. I run and try her door hearing him roar again. It's locked. I kick it and head to her she's passed out on his snout. The dragon growls at me and I say "Nyke daor jāre naejot ōdrikagon zȳhon"

The dragon huffs and I take her and note how cold she is. We're never cold. Her nose is bloody. Viserys asks "what happened" I set her in her bed and cover her with blankets "she gets these visions, bad feelings sometimes as well. If the vision is bad enough or long enough she'll pass out and lose her temperature. It's only happened a few times. Her passing out. But others she just gets a nose bleed and a headache" how is it that he does not know? It's getting worse.
I stroke her hair out of her face and tell viserys "get the maester" he asks "how could I not see that my child is a seer?" "You were never there for her viserys. You named her Rhaelle the damaged for gods sake" I scoff. He says "she is" I snap "no she's not. So what if she spent half her life blind? That makes her strong, not damaged or weak. It's not every day you have someone spend half their life without their ability to see and then gain it in more ways than one viserys. She is your first born. And you and everyone else treats her like shit."
He says "she warned me...that something like this will happen. Losing her mother and her brother" I tell him "all she ever wanted was for you to treat her like you do rhaenyra. She's your child and you're supposed to love her through everything" I tell him "she's fine with me get her a maester" he leaves and comes back. The maester checks over her and says "she needs body heat. And she needs it now." I rid of my armor and get in bed with her and viserys says "get out of that bed" I say "she'll freeze if I do. Mark my words brother. She's my betrothed that you've forbidden me to have...she might be angry with me right now but I will have her. I saved your life and you gave me a betrothal to her, you owe me." "You'll never have her" he snaps leaving.
