Moving through the town streets, Pocacty smiled as she felt no supernatural presence around. Her long hair was brown, and so were her eyes. She wore a pair of blue jeans and a grey hoodie to fit into any crowd. She walked up to a woman on the sidewalk and asked for directions.
Pocacty: "Hi! Sorry to bother you, but I'm new around town and need to find a few stores for things. Do you know where I can find some?"
Woman: "Yes! Right down that street, you'll find a shopping center. Most of the things you can ever want are there! I'm actually going there right now, you can follow me!"
Pocacty: "Thank you so much!"
Woman: "It's no problem!"
Pocacty walked down the street with the woman, chatting with her and eventually finding the shopping center and happily looking at the list of things Max needed.
Pocacty: "A few nails, hair dye, seeds, canned food, too much to name."
Woman: "Well, you have quite a bit of time before the sun goes down, so you don't have to rush."
Pocacty: "You're right, I should relax. Oh! My name's Pocacty by the way!"
Pocacty had gotten a good look at the woman, she had long black hair and pretty green eyes.
Woman: "I'm Jade, it was nice to meet you Pocacty." She smiled and walked off. Pocacty happily went through several stores and purchased several items. This was not her first time having to go out in public like this, but it was certainly her first time having to do it while having to constantly worry about anyone who knew her.
After grabbing everything she needed, she bought everything and left the shopping center and left for home, passing by the same young woman from before.
Jade: "Oh, hello again!"
Pocacty: "Jade! Hi!" She happily said.
Jade: "Surprised we ran into each other again. Find everything you needed?"
Pocacty: "Mhm! All done and ready to go home!" She eagerly said.
Jade: "That's nice to hear." She smiled. "Well, I ought to head on home too since I have everything as well. Again, it was nice meeting you. Maybe we'll bump into each other again?" She hummed.
Pocacty: "That sounds nice, I'd like that." She happily responded before starting to walk off. "Goodbye then! Hope to see you soon!" She waved.
Jade: She waved back. "See you around!" She waved back before walking off herself.
Jade walked down the street to with the items she bought in her backpack. She checked her phone as she continued making her way, stepping calmly and carefully as to not bump into anyone.
Jade: "That girl seemed pretty nice. Wouldn't hurt to make a friend while I'm here." She said to herself in her mind as she walked. "I have to work first though. My job sadly isn't done." She added and looked at something specific on her phone. It was an announcement. A very specific one regarding one person every supernatural being has in their mind.
Jade: "Little punk actually escaped before he died, apparently thanks to his familiar. Should've researched more on that." She sighed.
Jade: "I guess I could just sit back and watch them all do the work for me." She hummed and let out a little chuckle. "No need to really get my hands dirty. No way this kid'll survive for long." She put her phone away and happily continued going back to what assumably was her home. It was a small house, enough for one person to live comfortably. She opened the door and entered, locking it behind her.
