"The....operation...Let's cancel it for tonight..." you said to the other line with a shaking voice and your shaking cold finger promptly pressed the red button ending the call. You covered your mouth as you ran to the alternative exit of the school and just decided to go to the place where you can be alone.
Things becomes heavy as the time passes by, Baji Keisuke watching your face slowly getting drenched by the tears coming from your brownish pools while leaning against the railings in the rooftop of the apartment you were both living in. He remained silent as you covered your face wiping the tears that doesn't have any plans to stop from rolling out. "K-keisuke. What are you doing here?" You heard him while he gently carresed your back that induced you to continue your crying session.
"Is really love for me?" You said out of nowhere when your cousin found a comfortable spot in the riverbank where he brought you so you can have some time to unwind. He was surprised but also didn't know what to say as he thinks about that thing called love cringey but he tried his best to think of something he can reply so you can't be left hanging with that question you suddenly uttered.

You laughed at him and slightly nudge him to tease keisuke more. He clicked his tongue, "I am trying to help you okay?!" you can't help but to burst into laughter.
Thankfully you have this cousin who can support you with your emotions or atleast helps you with your shit before you lose your sanity due to the situations you signed up for. You pulled his clothes that helped you got up, "thank you for being here with me, Keisuke..." you uttered and hug him and burried your self to him. He gently pats your head. "Y/N I really don't know what shit is love is since it something that doesn't interest me but from what I am reading on a Manga, it is something that you should pursue regardless on whay consequences you're going to face after." Those words made you surprised but at the same time, it is not that convincing not until your cousin pointed your head using his index finger. "It is not wrong to always rely on rationality since we always need that thing in order to survive in this life but" his fingers pointed out your chest where your heart was located at "It is not a mistake to also follow what that thing wanted." You bit your lips that you're cousin was starting to make any sense "you should always follow what your heart desires but do not forget that you have the brain to evaluate first on what act you are going to do."
