Looking down at her face, his furrowed eyes still have a lot of worries, her pale face with low breathing, two stitches on her injury, she fell asleep in a second after hitting the bed,

Aman looks at kushu, who was still awake, he was laying beside ashima, occasionally licking her hand, and rubbing his face on her hand, aman covered ashima and kushu with a quilt and left the room, closing the door softly,

Aman recalls how frightened she was, her face was in a panic attack, and her eyes were trying to seek safety, the moment he reach there, it was raining heavily, a man and a few police officers were there,

They were trying to get her out of the car, but she was rooted there, as she was still afraid of going out, holding his umbrella aman went there, talked to the police officer for a few minutes, he went towards ashima's car,

He look at her through the car window which was cracked in a middle, the glass was on the edge of breaking, clenching his hands while holding the umbrella, he gently calls her name,

"Ashima!!"

Turning to aman voice, ashima look up at him, with a feeble expression, she didn't say a word, but she was a relief to see a familiar face, aman looked at her face through shattered glass, and said

"Ashima opened the door please!!"

She opened the car door with her trembling hands and the moment, it was opened, aman took ashima in his arms, protecting her from the rain, unknowingly ashima's hands clutched aman's shirt for support, as aman lead her to his car,

They both went to the police station, all the time aman's hand never left hers, she was answering each question while tears were flowing out of her eyes,

Aman was looking at ashima, he was certainly very angry at that man, but he was glad that there was a person who saved ashima life, he doesn't want to think what will happen to her if the man didn't save her,

He looked toward the man who was still in the police station, he was giving his statement about this incident, aman goes to him, and thank him to help ashima in that situation, but the man just reply with a smile and left the police station,

After all the formalities, aman took ashima to his car, he took out his emergency medical kit, and help her to wipe all the blood and dirt from her face, ashima was looking down at her lap, 

"I was very scared, I thought this will be my last day..." Ashima said to aman

"Don't worry, from now on I won't let anything happen to you."aman said in a firm but gentle voice while wiping her blood.

Aman then drive her to her apartment, coming inside the first thing they heard was kushu meow, he immediately jump towards ashima, and ashima held him in her arms, kushu was startled seeing her appearance, 

he senses something bad happen to ashima, he immediately hugs her, his paws on her shoulders, he laid his head in the crook of ashima's neck, trying to comfort her as much as he can,

Ashima moved towards to sit on the couch with kushu tightly held in her arms, she needed this warmth radiating from kushu's body, as she hugs him, she sighed heavily,

Aman was watching both of them from far, he sighes in relief seeing ashima's condition is not that bad, she will be fine in a few days of rest, he goes to the kitchen and get a glass of water for both of them, 

Ashima drink the water, she looks at aman, seeing him talking to someone on his phone, she recalls his worried eyes looking at her, filled with a lot of questions to ask, she was indeed happy that he was there,
