"It's a trap, Castiel, and you know it," Uriel protested for the nth time, her voice laced with concern and frustration. She paced back and forth in front of Castiel, her wings fluttering slightly with agitation. "There's no way you're facing Cariel alone. I won't allow it."

Castiel's expression remained resolute, her eyes fixed on some point in the distance. "I've got Riri, I don't have a choice," she said, her voice subdued, her shoulders sagging under the weight of her responsibility.

Uriel stopped pacing and turned to face Castiel, her eyes blazing with determination. "Yes, you do have a choice," she argued, her voice rising. "You're just giving up. You're not even trying to find another way out of this." She gestured emphatically, her hand slicing through the air. "You're just going to walk into Cariel's trap like a lamb to the slaughter?"

Castiel's eyes dropped to the floor, her jaw clenched in a tight line. She knew Uriel was right, but she couldn't see any other way out. She had been selfish all her life, but for once, she needed to do the right thing. She couldn't let her own desires cloud her judgment, not when the fate of Dawn city and its inhabitants hung in the balance.

The news report played in the background, the anchor's voice droning on about the "psycho with wings" who had claimed to be Castiel Wellington's twin and was demanding a meeting at the old park in central Dawn. The damages incurred by Cariel's rampage were splashed across the screen, a grim reminder of what was at stake.
Castiel's fingers flew across the screen of her new cell phone, her expression tense with frustration as she typed in a number she knew by heart. She had gotten rid of her old phone, a necessary precaution after the events of the past few days. As she waited for Amelia to answer, she paced back and forth in front of the large windows of her penthouse apartment, her eyes fixed on the city skyline.

When Amelia's voice finally crackled through the line, Castiel's eyes narrowed. "Listen up, weirdo, I don't care if you're the president of America or the King of England, just leave me alone," Amelia said, her tone laced with annoyance.

Castiel's voice was curt and commanding. "Amelia, it's me, Castiel."

Castiel drove her black Ducati Superleggera V4 into the old park, the trees towering above her like sentinels. She killed the engine and swung off the bike, her eyes scanning the deserted landscape. Cariel was already there, her wings a stark white against the green grass.

"Look who finally showed up," Cariel taunted, her smirk evident even from a distance.

Castiel's anger flared, her usual elegance abandoned as she strode towards her twin. But before she could reach her, the air seemed to shimmer and a host of angels materialized around her, their weapons at the ready.

"Shit," Castiel muttered, her eyes locking onto Pulak's red gaze. She knew him, had saved him from Samael's wrath eons ago. But now, his eyes blazed with a malevolent intensity, a sign that he had embraced the darkness.

"Get down," Pulak growled, his voice like thunder in the stillness of the park.

Castiel's hands instinctively went up, her eyes darting around the circle of angels, searching for an escape route. But she knew she was trapped, surrounded by foes who had once been her allies. The park, once a haven, had become a prison.

"Kneel before me," Cariel commanded, her voice dripping with arrogance, as she walked from the cover of her bodyguards to stand before Castiel.

"Never will I kneel before a clown like you," Castiel hissed, her eyes blazing with defiance.

Cariel's left eye twitched at Castiel's defiance, and she punched Castiel on the jaw in anger. Castiel winced inwardly but never made a sound, knowing she was outnumbered.

But then, seemingly surrendering, Castiel knelt before Cariel, her eyes cast down in a gesture of submission. Cariel's smirk grew wider, her eyes gleaming with triumph.

"How the mighty have fallen," she taunted, her voice dripping with condescension. "You're no longer the Angel of Death, you're just a shell of what you once were."

Castiel's eyes flashed with anger, but she remained subdued, her voice laced with a hint of desperation. "You've got what you want, Cariel. Just leave Dawn city out of your crazy plans."

Cariel's laughter was like a crack of thunder, her eyes blazing with maniacal intensity. "Are you kidding me? I'm not done with you, slow poke. I'm going to destroy everything you built, I'm going to take everything you have, and I'm going to make you suffer." She paused, her chest heaving with excitement. "Then I'll keep you alive, so you'll know you failed."

Castiel's eyes locked onto Cariel's, a fierce glint in their depths. "Oh, but you failed, Cariel," she said, her voice dripping with confidence.

Cariel's expression turned skeptical. "Huh? What are you talking about?"

Castiel's smile was like a flash of lightning. "Bingo!" she yelled, her voice echoing through the park.

The air seemed to vibrate with tension as Castiel's signal hung in the air, a promise of retribution and defiance. Cariel's eyes narrowed, her face twisting with rage, as she realized too late that she had underestimated her twin once again.
The park erupted into chaos as gunshots rang out and men and women in black cloaks appeared, wielding military-grade weapons. The fallen angels, caught off guard, drew their own weapons and fought back. Cariel's eyes blazed with anger as she realized she had been set up. With a snarl, she drew out her new scythe and attacked Castiel, who barely avoided the fatal blow.

Castiel's arm screamed in agony as she blocked the attack, the pain coursing through her like liquid fire. She stumbled back, gasping for breath, and didn't notice Cariel's swift approach. A jab to the lungs left Castiel winded, and she let out a pained howl as her arm buzzed with intense pain.

As Castiel spat out golden blood, Cariel took advantage of her weakness and punched her in the face, leaving her reeling. With a final, brutal strike, Cariel plunged her scythe into Castiel's heart. Castiel's eyes widened in shock, and with a resigned expression, she closed her eyes and passed out, succumbing to her fate.
