ONE LORD'S YEAR LATER.

In the Golden City, where divine light infused every stone, Cariel's heart felt shrouded in shadow. The buildings' golden facades glimmered, echoing the reverence that filled the air, but Cariel's soul remained untouched. Incense wafted, carrying the sweet scent of admiration, while angelic choirs hummed a constant melody of praise – all directed at her twin, Castiel.

As Cariel walked, the whispers, glances, and subtle nods of the angels pierced her like a thousand daggers. She felt like a ghost, invisible and insignificant, while Castiel shone like a radiant sun. The favoritism of Mikhael and Samael, their secretive teachings and special attention, only deepened the wound.

Cariel's anger and jealousy seethed, a cauldron of resentment that threatened to boil over. She had trained tirelessly, surpassing Castiel in skill and dedication, yet still, she was overlooked. The memory of Samael's praise, bestowed upon Castiel for killing a rogue dragon without weapons, while Cariel's own victories were ignored, burned within her. Cariel's eyes burned with a fierce determination, her heart seething with a mix of anger and longing. She whispered to herself, a vow of resurgence: "I used to be a star... and I will shine again." The memory of Samael's attention, now diverted to her twin, fueled her resolve. She was consumed by a secret obsession: to reclaim Samael's love and admiration, no matter the cost.

With every step, her conviction grew. She would surpass Castiel, outshine her, and prove herself the worthy one. Cariel's ambition ignited, a fire that would drive her to extremes, as she became fixated on regaining Samael's favor.

The day of destiny had finally arrived, the moment Samael would ascend to godhood. His power had grown exponentially, surpassing that of all angels, including the formidable Mikhael and Immanuel. With his newfound strength as Death, he believed himself equal to El, the supreme deity. A sly smile spread across his face as he contemplated his plan to rule alongside El, or rather, to eventually supplant Him.

Samael's ambition knew no bounds; he would be the King of all creations, with El as his puppet God. He was convinced that as his followers and worshippers grew in number, so too would his power, eventually eclipsing El's. But first, he had a crucial mission to complete, one that required the assistance of a loyal and powerful ally.

"Hey Cariel, are you ready?" Samael asked, his voice dripping with confidence. He had chosen Cariel over her twin Castiel, a decision that filled Cariel with undisguised elation.

"Yes, brother," she replied, her voice trembling with excitement.

Samael's smirk grew wider as he beheld Cariel's eagerness. His plan was unfolding with precision, and soon, nothing would stand in the way of his ultimate goal: total domination.
