Chapter 2: I Was Rescued?!

"Make sure she's okay." Said one man. "Don't worry I'll take good care of her sir." Said the other. "Don't worry she's in good hands." Another voice came along. "Alright I'll be going then."

I tried to open my eyes but my eyes felt heavy. I tried to say something but I was in a loss for words. "I hope she wakes up soon. She doesn't look very well. Poor thing." The man finished.

There was a loud noise, and suddenly a cold feeling on my face. "That's c-c-c-old." I managed to get out. "Huh? Your awake?" The man said. "Yes." I said faintly.

I managed to open my eyes. "W-where am I?" I said, slowly getting my voice back as the room became clearer. "Your in a castle. The king's castle. You were sent here soak and wet. The prince shall explain things soon enough. Hurry and get ready."

He said hurriedly. "For what?" I asked. "Dinner." He said as he rushed off out of the room.

After dinner I felt renewed. "It almost slipped my mind, what is your name mam?" The man said. "Vanessa.What's yours?" I asked. "My name is Edward." He explained. "Well thanks for your hospitality, I feel much better, but I musn't stay and be a burden." I exclaimed.

I started to give the kind of face that meant I was worried. I hadn't meant to be so much of a bother to such a royal family. "It's really no problem. But the prince want's you to stay. He at least wants to meet you." Edward said. "Ok than." I said wondering what would happen next.
