You were very very bored. It gets boring as a ghost! You sometimes haunt random humans to give them a scare, like push over shelves over or open drawers when they least expected it. It entertained you a bit, but not really. But an idea came into your mind! You decided to mess with one of the other monsters that roam in the hotel. You rub your hands together with an evil grin on your face. "Perfect! Why didn't I think of that 150 years ago?" Maybe you did, but scratched it off and forgot.
Roaming the hotel while laughing, you look for your first victim. You see a tall, unilluminated being as it bangs against a door angrily. Guessing it lost its victims, but it will be YOUR victim now! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAH! You get closer behind Seek while taking a closer look at what it's doing, it curses in some sort of language and turns around. After taking a few steps behind you, you float up a little more and kick its back. Earning an "OW!" The creature rubs it's back in pain.
"The fuck was that?" You giggle and circle around it, having the biggest smile on your face. Normally humans would think they pulled a muscle, or strained something while brushing it off. But this one was unique! Smiling, you decided to wait. To torment it more, slowly. As it shrugs it off, looking behind it, it starts to walk away. This was the most fun you had in 300 years! Well, the 300 years since you had died...
You died a horrible death, you were someone who was an employee at the hotel. The registration person, you welcomed and greeted everyone with a small happy smile on your face. You weren't the richest person, and you needed a job. So this worked perfectly for you! You gave people their rooms, made sure they were comfortable, said your goodbyes to them when they left. You were happy! But one day, you were going down some stairs when suddenly you tripped and everything went black. You awoke to find yourself... Dead.
You cried for months because of it, but got used to it. You now roam the abandoned hotel with other monsters that suddenly appeared. You sigh after having a small flashback, and decide to cheer yourself up by tormenting Seek more. You quickly follow Seek after realizing it's gone. You find it in another room, talking to one of its eyes on the wall. Complaining about how the humans got away and it was too slow.
You started to feel bad for it, but you didn't care and decided to scare Seek. You go into a drawer and grab a battery, then you go back to Seek. Hovering over it, you drop the battery onto its head. Seek looks around confused, wondering what the hell fell on its' head. It looks down to see the battery. "What..." When it goes to investigate the battery you put your foot onto its back, which makes the creature instantly jump. "WHO THE FUCK IS THERE?!?"
You laugh hysterically to the confused mess infront of you. Flicking its forehead it winces. "I am the one who is there." You say in a demonic voice, now appearing infront of Seek, hand behind your back while leaning forward a bit with a evil smile on your face. Seek states at you for a good second, and says. "This is what was messing with me? That's pathetic."
The smile instantly gets wiped off your face. "EXCUSE ME???? THAT'S WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY TO THE ONE WHO MADE YOUR MISERABLE???" You say, trying to be a bit fancy and more 'intimidating.' Seek obviously isn't fazed, and sighs. "Okay, I get it, you're a ghost and you are probably very bored. If you leave me alone until I catch those humans, I'll let you bother me as much as you want."
You think for a moment, leaning back on the non-existent wall. You rarely show yourself and you get bored, and messing around with another monster for as long as you want sounds incredibly fun. All it has to do is catch a few humans and you get to do what you want!
"Sure!" You smile, secretly planning more torture to put onto Seek. "Okay, great, thanks." Seek turns around and leaves. You follow it, going on a small adventure with Seek.
