Some people at work laughed at me, I do not know why and god dammit I almost got panic attack.
When I walked to my car at parking lot (I otw-ed back home) I heard people laughing (not at me actually) but Instantly i got scared and cant breathe.
Just by remembering those moments I still feel tightness in my chest.
