After the battle, Dove sat on a plane as she tried to blend into a dark corner.
She tried to understand what just happened and that her sister had thrown her to the wolves without knowing that two of the wolves loved her more than their immortal existence.
"Are you alright my darling?" said Aro as he sat across from her.
"What just happened?
I can't fully understand any of it" she said.
"Your sister betrayed you and thought we would simply drain each drop of the enchanting blood in your veins," he said.
She smiled "I expected that.
Humans don't get intertwined in vampire battles unless there, there to die to save everyone else" said said.
"They all will die for risking your precious life," said Caius.
"Brother it is over now.
We have something more important to worry about" said Aro.
"When the time comes I will tear them apart," said Caius.
"Indeed," said Aro.
Caius sat next to Dove a took her hand causing her to feel electricity travel through her.
He kissed her hand "So warm" Caius said before looking at her.
"When we get back to the tower we will tell the wives to find a home elsewhere," said Aro.
"We need to get her inside the tower before getting them out," said Caius.
"We will keep her close.
No harm will come to you my darling" said Aro.
Dove looked at the both of them and knew that this was her life now.
She wouldn't see her family again and she knew now that she didn't have a reason to.
She knew that she would be better with the Volturi as Caius and Aro made her feel safe.

Hours passed as Aro and Caius sat in the throne room as Dove slept in Aro's chambers with Felix watching her so nothing would happen to her.
"What are you thinking about Aro?" said Marcus.
"The child we saw.
Half mortal and half immortal.
The child was a gift from god as those things aren't humanly possible" said Aro.
"Why are you bothered about some hybrid child?" said Caius.
"Dove is human brother.
We could create an heir" said Aro.
"Or kill her in the process," said Marcus.
"Bella survived, it doesn't make sense," said Aro.
"Carlise must know," said Caius.
"A Volturi child.
Brother think of the possibilities" said Aro.
"Ask the girl as she will be the one putting her life on the line for an heir," said Marcus.
"I will not kill her.
You will do your research before this" said Caius.
"Of course," said Aro.
"A child would be nice," said Marcus.
Aro smiled before getting up.
He walked to the bookshelves and searched for a book about hybrid children.
It was very rare and Aro had never noticed as the children were killed.
He took the book to the table and opened it.
"Master's Dove is awake," said Jane.
"Alright," said Caius.
"Jane will you please tell Crystal to prepare a room for the three of us," said Aro.
"Yes master," said Jane before she walked out.
Aro then looked back at the book.
"Planning to build a nest brother?" said Caius with a smirk.
"Indeed brother" said Aro.
