One of the first things Izuku Midoriya tested when awakening the memories of Aizen was to release his reiatsu to overwhelm people with it without having to actually fight, that did not work because on this world human souls barely react with the spiritual energy around them, but would it work on someone "awakened?"
Upon seeing Toga's faint aura Izuku release his Reiatsu
Toga immediatly felt to the ground like she was being pressed against it by a strong gravitational force, she was smiling in awe looking at Izuku, she was still on the ground when she said
Your aura, you are really a deity - Said Toga
Izuku smiled and stopped releasing his reiatsu
What did you do? - Asked Stain looking confused
Izuku ignored the hero killer and walked towards Toga
Since when did you remember being able to see and feel people's spiritual energy? - Asked Izuku
Well, since i can remember... i never really knew what it was, some people said it was a second quirk- Said Toga
(She doesn't know, but a soul on this world wouldn't awaken naturally so easily, what could have caused this?) - Thought Izuku intrigued

Izuku found the masked figure very strange, he walked towards him and putted his hand on the man's heart
What are you gonna do? - Asked Twice scared
Izuku transfered much spiritual energy into Twice, slightly below what is necessary to create a hollow
Twice made a sound that was a mixture of pain and laughter, after a few seconds Izuku suddenly stopped, Twice had awakened
What is this? i feel light... and in peace - Said Twice examinating himself
Wow, your aura looks like a river now - Said Toga looking to Twice
(This one is mentally unstable, but with the right incentive he can be controlled, depending on what his quirk is i'll keep him around and if he is useless i'll make him a hollow) - Thought Izuku
What is your quirk? - Asked Izuku
I can duplicate myself, but... there has been some time since i last did it - Said Twice with a calm tone
