It was now the next morning and Y/N woke up a little bit before Jotaro did. Instead of getting up to do stuff around the house, she chose to stay in the bed with the warmth radiating off of him. She thought about all of the things she could do today, but ultimately decided that she didn't feel like doing any of it. Her stomach then rumbled incredibly loud, louder than usual. Maybe she could make breakfast for everyone. She was sure they wouldn't mind it.

After deciding that she could wait anymore, she rolled out of bed and threw her robe on. She didn't bother getting dressed yet, she could do it after she made everything. She walked to the kitchen and pulled out food to make waffles, eggs, and fruit salad. Just looking at everything laid out made her drool. She was felt like she was starving to death. She didn't waste any time getting started, hoping the other three wouldn't wake up until she was finished.

She worked quickly and got everything ready at the perfect time. By the time she finished, she heard loud footsteps dragging through the house. She quickly plated two plates of food and set them down on the table. She sat down in her chair and bounced her leg as she waited for Jotaro to round the corner. He walked in rubbing his face and dropped his hands down to his sides.

"It smells good in here, did you make breakfast for everyone?" His voice was still groggy and his hair was sticking up everywhere. He was still as gorgeous as ever. Y/N blushed and played with the food that was on the plate. She felt as Jotaro lifted her head and kissed her forehead. "Thank you, Y/N, I'm sure the other idiots will enjoy it as well." He sat down next to her and began eating. They didn't speak much, but it was nice to enjoy each other's company.

It had been a little over an hour and Y/N had to throw away most of the food. She was only able to salvage the fruit and even then, it was still a little soggy. Jotaro tried to cheer her up, but she was still upset that they didn't show up. Right as she closed the fridge, the front door opened and the couple walked in. Jotaro took one look and knew exactly why they didn't show up this morning. He shook his head and kept typing on his laptop. He would rather indulge in his report than in whatever conversation that was about to happen.

Polnareff strutted in and walked into the kitchen where Y/N was. He gave her a hug and didn't let go for a concerning amount of time. Y/N didn't say anything though, she felt that this was making them closer in a strange way. She whispered into his ear to avoid the others from hearing. "Are you alright, why didn't you guys come this morning? I made breakfast for everyone and you guys never showed." Polnareff let go and straightened his hair. "We had a little issue we had to tend to. I promise we'll make it up to you, Y/N. I know you worked hard on it." Y/N looked over at Kakyoin who was trying to walk to the couch. He looked like a fawn trying to walk for the first time. Y/N tilted her head and looked back at Polnareff. "Do we need to take him to the hospital? He doesn't look like he's doing too good."

Jotaro giggled and kept typing on his keyboard. He often laughed at Y/N's cluelessness. Kakyoin adverted his eyes to the ground as he continued struggling to get to the couch. He just wanted to sit down before he collapsed. He was livid at Polnareff for making him leave the house in this condition.

Polnareff laughed and rubbed his neck. "Thanks, but there's no need for that, really. He's just having a rough morning that's all." This made Jotaro laugh. He wanted to do nothing but make fun of Kakyoin, but that would mean he would have to cue Y/N in. Sometimes, it was just better to stay quiet.

Kakyoin finally made it to the couch and slowly lowered himself, wincing every inch he moved. He was truly struggling and everyone just watched as he attempted to sit. It was sort of funny to watch it happen though.

The rest of the day was slow going and everyone was just hanging out. Eventually, Kakyoin returned to his normal self and was telling jokes to everyone. Y/N looked at everyone as they sat at the small table in the living room. They were playing a game of very intense Uno. This round alone had lasted for about thirty minutes now. They were screaming threats across the table and slamming cards down onto the pile. She couldn't imagine having a better group of friends.

Eventually it was time to go to bed and despite not doing anything during the day, Y/N and Jotaro were very tired. Perhaps dealing with Polnareff takes more energy than they originally thought. As the two got ready for bed, Jotaro decided to ask Y/N a question that had been lingering in his mind for a little while.  "Y/N, do ever plan on leaving me?" He sat down on the edge of the bed facing her while she was grabbing a shirt to put on. She turned around and looked into his eyes. "Jotaro, why would you ask that? I would never leave you, no. I wouldn't even dream of it." She walked over to him and sat in his lap. "I never in a million years would've thought that I would see you again after you left. But now I have you and I don't plan on leaving you, ever." She lifted his chin and kissed him, deeply. She wanted him to be comforted and know that he was never going to be alone and left behind again.

The pair laid down after their moment and Y/N made sure to fall asleep after he did just in case. After he fell asleep, Y/N slowly drifted off thinking about her future with Jotaro and of course, her new friends. She couldn't wait for what the future was going to bring.

A/N: I'm so sorry I've been gone for a good minute. Between school, the hurricane, and surgery, life has been crazy and I'm slowly getting back to where I was before (somewhat). I hope you guys enjoy the new chapter and are doing well.
