TWO MONTHS AGO
Standing in a white night dress, Ivy would peer into a mirror. Studying her reflection, the woman would gulp. Scared of what was to come that day. she'd begin to control her breathing. Breathing in through her nose and out of her mouth, she'd suddenly turn around as the door to her bedroom opened. In wandered Nat holding some clothing in a dress cover. Smiling at the soon-to-be leader, the head maid would lay the cover onto the bed.
"Ready for your big day?" Nat asked, looking toward Ivy.
"I guess..." She nodded, still looking into the mirror. "Just nervous..."
Smiling, the head maid would nod.
"I understand." She spoke. "I know you'll do great!"
Grabbing ahold of the cover, Nat would unzip it. Revealing her gold, red and white robes, the head maid would hold them towards Ivy. As the blonde-haired woman turned to see it, she'd instantly light up. The robes were beautiful and were made to perfectly fit her body. As Nat handed over the royal clothing, she'd smirk.
"These are the robes of The Golden Edge!" She stated. "I bet you'll look amazing in this!"
Taking the clothing out of the cover, Ivy's eyes would glisten. Attached to the hanger was also a cap, matching the colour scheme. Placing the hat on her desk, she would nod to Nat. The head maid would leave the room, allowing the future leader to get changed. Turning back to the mirror, Ivy would nod to herself.
"You can do this!" She tried to motivate herself. "I will be The Golden Edge!"
---
Standing in front of the parade performers, The Golden Edge would squint her eyes at The Silver Lining. With her staff in hand, she'd hold it towards the Ingoshian leader.
"Come on, don't shoot!" She shouted.
"I can't stop, Ivy!" He'd yell. "That Gaslight is controlling me!"
As the villainess chuckled in the background, The Silver Lining would release an arrow. Somehow, visibly, the air would surround the pointed weapon. Causing it to pick up speed, it hurtled straight towards The Golden Edge. Holding up her staff, the arrow would collide with it. Even though the arrow fell to the ground, a great gust of air would knock the lady backwards. Throwing her into some knights, they'd all fall to the floor. Grunting as they did, Ivy quickly jumped back to her feet.
"Alright if I knock that out of you then!" She yelled to him, peering at the opposing tribe's knights.
"Yes!" He replied, quickly aiming another arrow at the woman. "Ingoshian Knights, help her!"
Shooting another arrow at The Golden Edge, she would gasp. Her movement would be slow, trying to reflect the dart, moving her staff to protect herself. But suddenly, Ren would jump into action. Slicing the arrow in half, mid-air, another gust of wind would send the head knight flying. Smashing into a wall, he'd suddenly drop to the floor. Knights would quickly charge towards Gaslight, holding their weapons into the air.
Giggling, the villain would shake her head.
"I don't think so..." She smirked. "Knights! Go to sleep!"
Without a second's notice, every Metallo and Ingoshian knight would fall to the floor. Including Demetrius and Ren, they'd all peacefully sleep on the ground. With a shocked look on Ivy and the civilian's faces, the woman would growl. Holding her staff at The Silver Lining, purple light would suddenly leave the red sphere of The Staff Of Crimson. Shooting over to the opposing leader, the light would surround him. With the use of the royal weapons telekinesis, she'd lift the man into the air. With a flick of the staff, she would throw him into a building. With his suit smacking into the structure with a heavy force, he'd drop to the floor with a thud. Struggling to move, Ivy would then peer back to Gaslight.
