Reneil watch as Vrag walk closely next to Zils going down the path. The night sky was bright with the almost full moon on the sky but the path that Alev showed them still quite tricky to pass. It was rocky and uneven. Vrag hold the torch while making sure Zils didn't fall down. Reneil's eyes fell on the platinum cane Zils is holding. Conrad can't help but commented on them as he hold the torch that was meant for him and Reneil.

"The Slothia King is very protective of her, isn't he?"

"I can see that."

Reneil recalled on how the White Demon stare at him intently while listening to Zils' explanation. Once he knew the tears are not his fault he show his usual face to him.

"Nobody expect her to choose the enemy's prince as a husband."

"We didn't know the White Demon is actually one of the Slothia Prince..."

"What do you think, General? Can the White Demon be trusted?"

"Do you think he trust us? That cane is a sword..."

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"That platinum cane...that's a sword..."

Conrad look at the fancy cane he made comment before. A sword?

"How do you know that's a sword?"

"The way they carry it..."

"You didn't lost your skill eventhough you lost your memories, General. Impressive."

"..."

Reneil become quiet and. Conrad coughed as he just realized that his words are insensitive.

"Zils said she can return your memories..."

"Yes. Your Highness told me too..."

"What actually do you remember?"

"It's hard to explain...it's like pictures that you don't really understand where it comes from..."

"Like a dream?"

"Yes but you see them with your eyes opened..."

"Do you remember anything about the King and the Peace Treaty?"

Reneil seems to think about something.

"I remember Queen Rosalia was very angry in Maranth...the King fallen ill and someone betrayed me..."

"Who betrayed you?"

"I don't know but I know there is a traitor. We are supposed to discuss the Peace Treaty."

"Well...now all countries seems to be in agreement with peace treaty except Arethea, General. The situation will not be good for those who oppose Peace Treaty..."

"How about Orien?"

"They stayed neutral...I heard that their potential civil war situation is bad that's why they don't take sides."

"The Church...how is the Archbishop?"

"He is fine. Prince Hein can't touch him yet..."

"But soon he might do it..."

"General...do you remember when we were in the dungeon...?" Conrad asked carefully.

"No...not yet...but I remember Josephine is crying...did Hein lock her too?"

"No. He didn't lock Lady Josephine in the dungeon."

"Do you know where they keep my children?"

"Forgive me, General. I have no information on that."
