I'll call the Luthor corp reception instead of mom to ask if she has any friends to surprise her I thought to myself
The phone went ringing and soon was answered "Hello Luthor corp how may I help you"
I responded "Hello Ma'am I was wondering to get a contact of one of Lena Luthors friends"
"Oh she is entering the building right now I can give the phone to her as she passes by," she says sincerely, "Mrs.Danvers somebody wants to talk to you"
she seemed to hand the phone
Kara: Hello?
Marinette: Hello are you one of Lena Luthor's friends?
Kara: Yes may I know why?
Marinette: I am her daughter and have a request for you
Kara: Oh Marinette! Lena mentioned you to me about an hour ago, I was coming to invite her for game night.
Marinette: Then mom probably told you that I am in Paris, I won a class trip to National City and want to surprise her can I have your number so I can explain to you once you're free?
Kara: Of course! It's ***-***-****
Marinette: Thank you mine is ***-***-****
Kara: Ok I have it.
Marinette: Also can you not tell my mom about this conversation, like I said it's a surprise for her
Kara: My lips are sealed

How can she be Lex's child she is so respectable and has a kind nature? I thought to myself
(Kara and Marinette talked with each other throughout the week planning the surprise and the week is about to come to an end)
