Liana's walking up the steps of Clark's loft and he says, "Liana. Um, sorry I've been kind of out of it lately. I left you a message." Liana says, "Yeah, three days ago. Feeling better?" Clark says, "Not really." Liana nods and looks down to see the articles about Oliver and Kara coming out and she also sees a magazine about if The Blur is a hero or not. Liana says, "You know, you shouldn't let them get in your head." Clark says, "Who?" Liana nods to the magazine and says, "The press and your father. Who's he to say you're not hero? You have done so much for the people. Try to remember that these people have hope for you." Clark says, "What if I let them down?" Liana says, "You won't. As long as they believe in you. You know what you need? A pick-me-up." Liana grabs Clark's football and tosses it at him and Clark softly smiles and says, "Thanks, Liana, but I don't think playing quarterback is gonna make my day." Liana smiles and says, "Depends on the cheerleader. Come on. Did you forget? Tomorrow's our Smallville High reunion." Clark says, "Really? Wow, time has gone fast." Liana smiles and says, "Yeah, we had some good times and some bad times, but we are who we are because of it." Clark smiles and says, "Yeah."
