A/N: Ok I really need to update this book more but first, I just want to point out... CHAPTER 30 PEOPLE!! That's right this book has officially reached 30 chapters. But that is definitely not the end. Trust me. Now for me to shut up and for you all to get to the action since Ivan has just entered the picture. Great. Read and see what happens.

Chase POV

I swallow roughly as I stare at Ivan, fear and dread probably showing on my face. Why is he here? Why does he have me pinned against the bathroom wall? Just what is he planning? Part of me wants to find out but another part is screaming at me to run. To fight back and escape safely. I want to run to Greg so badly right now its unbearable. I keep wishing, hoping that he'll walk in at any moment and stop Ivan. Just listen to me. I must sound so pathetic having to rely on someone else. But I don't care right now. All I know is that my stomach is lurching and I feel really sick being next to Ivan. I really need to get away somehow and fast.

The question is how? I can't fight back. I'm too weak compared to Ivan. I can't really grab anything to hit him with. Unless I can somehow make him run into the door then I'm very screwed because that doesn't happen in real life. Let's face it. I'm totally screwed right now. I can't fight back, there's nothing for me to use against him to help me fend him off, and I highly doubt anyone is going to be coming to the bathroom any time soon. Unless by some miracle someone actually walks in and is able to save me then I'm fucked. Ivan lets out a small laugh that I can only guess is a sign to me that he's not letting me go any time soon. He then speaks, his voice resonating off the bathroom walls.

"Who would have thought I'd get you alone? Considering how you're always leeching off of Greg and the twins." I don't say anything and just continue to allow him to push me against the wall. I doubt me even trying to defend myself would do any good. When it came to Ivan, there was no winning for me.

"Are you not even going to say anything?" When I don't make any move to answer, his grip tightens and I'm pushed even harder against the wall. How the hell is that even possible?

"I guess it doesn't matter what you say. You're about to be silent soon so what's the point?" Huh? What is he talking about? To answer my unspoken question, Ivan takes out a cloth from his pocket. I'm unable to react as he pushes his body against mine in order to keep me from moving and places the cloth over my mouth and nose. I let out a muffled scream but hold my breath before breathing in what I know is on the cloth. You don't have to be a scientist to know he has some sort of chemical on the cloth, most likely chloroform or something like that.

I hold my breath for as long as I can but my lungs are beginning to hurt. Suddenly, Ivan takes his fist to my gut, knocking the wind out of me completely so I'm forced to take it air. As I breath in, the chemical stings my nose and throat. I hear a clanking sound, kind of like metal but it sounds so distant that I don't pay attention to it. I try to push Ivan away from me but he's too strong and doesn't move. My strength slowly fades as I breath in more of the chemical, my eyelids feeling heavy and my body starting to go limp. I try to fight the urge but its too strong and I'm soon close to passing out but not before hearing Ivan say one last thing that made my blood run cold.

"Lance is going to be just ecstatic to see you." Unable to do anything, I allow myself to by claimed by the darkness of sleep.

Gregory POV

I'm starting to get worried. Chase is taking a long time just to use the bathroom. He should have been back by now. We only have a couple of minutes before the bell rings but I'm not really caring about school right now. I get up from the table, Lucas and Lisa turning towards me with questioning faces.

"Chase isn't back yet. I'm going to go find him." They nod and I make my way towards the bathroom. I open the door but from what I can tell no one is in here. All the stalls are opened and the room is completely quiet. I don't see any sign of Chase. I'm about to leave the bathroom when I notice something on the tiled floor. It looks like a locket. To be more specific, Chase's locket. I pick it up and examine it. This is definitely the locket Chase's mother gave him. What is it doing on the floor? Chase never lets this out of his sight.

Fear takes over and I rush out of the bathroom and back to where the twins are waiting. I drop the locket onto the table and they both look at it before back at me. The questions are clear on their face so I oblige and answer.

"This is Chase's locket." Lucas looks at the locket then back at me.

"And?"

"He never goes anywhere without it. This is the last thing he has of his mother."

"Again. And?" I sigh, getting more frustrated with his questions. I know I'm the only one other than my parents that Chase has told about his parents dying but they should be able to realize by now that they're dead. Holding in my anger a little, I try and speak without yelling.

"His parents are dead. You get it now?" The twins look at each other with wide-eyes, probably figuring out the meaning it has to Chase. Lisa then looks at me, slight fear clear in her eyes.

"If it means that much to him and it was left behind... then there is the possibility he dropped it without knowing." Lucas went into thinking for a moment before speaking himself.

"There is the chance he didn't hear it when it fell. But it doesn't tell us where he is and why he hasn't come back yet." I felt something in the pit of my stomach that told me something more was going on. As I spoke, the fear in my voice was a bit recognizable.

"Then where is Chase?" Lucas looked at me, obviously hearing my voice go hoarse a bit. He sighed.

"Calm down Greg. Freaking out won't do us any good. Chase probably had to go home because there was an emergency or something like that. Like Lisa said, he probably just dropped it when he went to leave the bathroom.

"But why would he leave without letting me know? Or get his bag?" Lucas fell silent. It was clear he didn't have an answer for that. None of us did. And that's what scared me. We didn't know if Chase was safe or not. He would never leave his locket and if he did drop it then he would at least let me know he was leaving either in person or on the phone. And there's also the fact he left his bag with his drawing book. That along with his locket and not telling me he left screams suspicious.

"Try calling him." I looked at Lisa, thinking for a moment before pulling out my phone. I already had Chase on speed dial so finding his contact wasn't necessary. I held the phone to my ear and listened to it ring and ring but Chase didn't pick up. When it went to voice mail, I began to freak. He always picks up when I call. I looked at the twins and they looked at each other. The bell then rang and Lucas took that as his last opportunity to speak.

"Maybe he's somewhere on the school grounds. After school, we can check and then go to his house if we don't find him. I'm sure he's fine Greg." I nodded but I still wasn't fully convinced that Chase was alright. A nagging feeling in my chest is making me worry and I know it has to do with Chase. Something isn't right. I only wish I knew what it was and where Chase is.

A/N: Oh this can't be good. It was Ivan! Ivan took him! Oh what's the point. They'll get him back... I hope. Gah! Stupid Ivan! Stupid Lance! Leave the poor boy alone! I'll make sure you do! I'll sick my kittens on you and they'll kill you slowly with their cuteness! *Looks at a kitten* Awww! Adorable! *Dies from the cuteness* Damn. Now I won't be able to kill them. Oh well. I hope you enjoyed chapter 30 and I'll update as soon as I can. Thx 4 reading!
