A/N probably one of my favorite chapters
No one's POV
For a moment nothing happened. But suddenly Y/N punched Leo. They weren't acting like themself, Leo looked up at Y/N and saw that they were attacking his family. We all paused as Y/N paused, a pink bulged emerged from their left eye. Tentacles formed to take over their arms, we all watched in horror as this happened to their friend. Y/N's eye turned yellow while the other blue eye turned into a bright pink color. They let a low snarl before attacked April knocking her away, the key clattering on the ground as it fell from April's bag. The infected Y/N took the key when a cocoon door opened.
Leo's POV
The krang leader stand in the door of the cocoon, "Surprise." Mikey then says tearfully, "What did you do to my friend?" The leader then replied," Improved her." I glared at the krang before the subway monster and the female krang came through the ground. We all huddled close together before the krang leader spoke, "Thank you for this. We will be putting it to good use. Come, the world awaits destruction." The female then spoke, "Tear them apart!" April then yells that we have to go,but I stood there frozen. " Leo, move!" Casey yells at me before grabbing me to follow the others I then yell a no staring at my friend who was covered in the krang goo.
Casey POV
On a random rooftop we all watched to what was happening to New York City. Mikey then asks," What do we do now?" Splinter answers the question with heartbreak, "I fear we are lost. The Krang are too powerful." I glimpse at Leo as he slumped to the ground staring at the photo. Mikey then spoke up, "Maybe we could change the future some other way." I tell the others, "Guys, it's time to face facts. We can't change the future." Mikey then retorts, "Says who?" Donnie answers this with scientifical words, "Says the grandfather paradox, says physical determinism, says the space time continuum. Look, I didn't want it to be true but.........science" All of a suddenly Leo said something that I haven't heard from him, "That's it! Donnie's wrong." "The world is ending, yet the barbs continue." Donnie said seeming kinda of unphased of Leo's comment.
"Don't you remember? We already did chance the future. Y/N never got kidnapped and turned into a Krang zombie in your time. Right, Casey?" Leo looks at everyone before looking at me. "No, they didn't." I answered him. "That means we did change the future! We're just in a different..." Leo starts stating before stammering look for the right word, Donnie then says," Bifurcated time branch?" " Yes, yes, yes, that nerd thing. You know what that means, right? We still have hope!" Leo says quickly. I look at the ground thinking about the last sentence he said having a deja vu of when my Leo said that before saying, "A ninja's greatest weapon."
"Hey, I like that! Look, I'm done thinking I have all the answers. I don't how to beat the Krang, but I do know our future isn't written until we write it as a team. So what do we got?" Leo says asking everyone if any of them have plan. "Maybe... Maybe we don't have to beat them. Can't we just send them back to the prison dimension?" April says proving a point. "That's an idea! Donnie, what do those big, beautiful eyebrows have to say?" Leo then tells Donnie, Donnie looks at Leo before answering, "If we go control of their ship, we could sent it back to the portal." "Yes! Yes! Now we're cooking. Who else?" I then come up with an idea that could help us saying, "If someone on the ground can get to that key..." "We can close the doorway!" Splinter finishes my question. "And then bye-bye Krang forever baby!" Mikey yells in a cheery tone.
Leo then turns to Donnie asking," What do you say, Donnie? You ready to fly a spaceship?" Donnie, who is looking a bit ecstatic about the question, says, "Literally the greatest question I have ever been asked." "Alright, team, looks like we have a plan. Let's go save the world." Leo finished before Raph goes on to say, "Wait, but what about Y/N?" "That cunning fox may be covered in goo and half alien, but they're still our friend. and I'm not giving up on them. I'm not leaving them behind." Leo states.
A/N Sorry about the short chapter which will probably be the shortest chapter in this story XD

AdventureI just had this idea and worked on it for a few days. I have wanted to do something like this for awhile and here it is.
