Eiji's pov~

When we arrived to our destination and got out of the car my little sister ran up to me and gave me a big hug.

"What took you so long?!?"
"Sorry I was dealing with something."
She tugged onto my shirt and buried her face into my chest.

I could hear her sniffling. I pat her head and ran my fingers through her hair. She lifted her head and wiped her tears away.

"Promise me you aren't going to leave me again." I smiled and squeezed her a little more. "Of course, You are stuck with me for the rest of my life."

She giggled and stood up all the way. Hena walked up to me and knelt down to the ground.

"Im sorry I took you away from your friends, but I can't stand you getting hurt. Please no more."

Hena broke down into tears as she held onto my wheelchair. *sniff* "I couldn't lie to Casie any longer Eiji, she wanted answers that I couldn't give her."

I knew Casie would keep asking questions so I told Hena to keep it a secret that I was caught up in some gang war.

Casie is a sweet girl but if you don't tell her things she wants to know you are asking for hell.

She will bother you or threaten you for the truth. It's scary when you get on her bad side. Trust me I've gotten on her bad side and only once have I escaped her threats with some bribery.

It doesn't always work, but sometimes you may get lucky.

Hena stood up and offered Casie a piggyback. Of course Casie couldn't resist a piggyback ride.

Casie hopped onto Hena's back and wrapped her arms around her neck gently.

"Want to see the house Eij?" "Umm sure I would like that." One of Hena's gang members wheeled me around the property inside and outside.

It was a nice home, or should I say mini villa. There were three houses on that property. One being for me, Casie, and Sadie to share.

Sadie was my sisters personal doctor for her and the rest of the gang. She is very skilled at her work and she is a great fighter. She never shows it though, but she could take down a couple hundred people if she really wanted to.

The second house was for Hena and the two captains of the two sections. There was the first section for people who were skilled in hand to hand combat then there was the second section.

The second section was the smallest section with barely even ten six people. Their numbers may be small but their skills fill up that space they are missing. They are skilled in all sorts of combat from weapons to fists.

They are not a group to mess with. The last house was the biggest. It for all the gang members that are currently staying here in this area.

I was given two personal bodyguards for helping me with my injury's but I technically have three if you are counting Sadie.

Since I'm currently the only one hurt Sadie has been assigned to take care of me too.

I feel bad that Hena made Sadie lie to her girlfriend that she was going on a "business trip" but in reality she's here taking care of me.

It's still a little hard for Sadie to adjust around here without her girlfriend. Since Sadie is helping my sisters gang she and her girlfriend will be targeted.

To protect her Sadie had to lie to her. The worst part is that we can't even call anyone outside of the gang.

No friends, no eat out places, no family, and most importantly No lovers.

Its sure going to be an interesting time.

*Time skip*
————————2 Years later———————
Ash's pov~

It's been two years since Eiji has been gone. When I heard the news about Eiji going into some gang leaders car and disappearing I immediately tried to go after him.

There was no luck but thankfully after a few days Ibe called and said Eiji was back home in Japan. I didn't want Eiji to leave, but I didn't want him to get hurt.

I already failed to protect him once and I won't make the same mistake twice. I wonder how he is doing though.

Ibe said he couldn't get in contact with him but his sister said he was doing fine. I even tried to call, but he blocked my number.

Even the whole gang tried but to no avail all of us couldn't call him. Or even text him. It always said that the number had blocked us.

Something has to be up. Eiji would never do that. Would he? I know a lot of things happened, but did I really push it when I left him at the hospital and when I never showed up to say goodbye?

I leaned back onto the sofa and crossed my legs on the coffee table. It was quiet. The gang was downstairs having fun. But it was quiet.

It has been quiet since Eiji left. No gang has started a full out war, and Dino hasn't sent anyone after me(Dino didn't die from the fight) which is very unusual.

The gang is all worried about Eiji. Though, it seems me and shorter are the most worried.

Shorter barely had any sleep after we tried calling Eiji and finding out we were all blocked.

He also stayed up all night reading that note I got from that doctor. It didn't help that it was typed and not written.

If it was written we could probably figure out who it was by their writing.

We were able to figure out the place, but Shorter said we should listen to the note and only go when we need to.

"hey?.....HEY!?" Shorter yelled across the room startling Ash. I jumped from the sofa and stared at Shorter who was standing in the door way.

He looked so out of breath. "Sh-Shorter what's wrong?" "Eiji." Shorter ran down the stairs as I ran after him.

Shorter led me down stairs to the bar where the gang was circled around a phone.

"Wha-" before I could finish my sentence they all ran over and cupped my mouth.

"SHHHHHH"

They all turned back to the phone and stayed quiet. Listening.

There were two voices on the phone. A girls......and Dinos.

"So are you going to take my deal?"
"Hell no. What makes you think I would accept your offer?"
"All I want is for you to hand him over. It's really not that hard."
"I would rather fight a whole war than hand Eiji over to you. Besides your so called "army" doesn't scare us. We take you guys down in an instant."
"Then a war you will get. You underestimate u-"
"No. You underestimate us."
*CLANK*

The phone call was over. The silence was killing us all. Until Shorter broke it with the crumpling of paper filled the room.

We all turned to Shorter to see him taking out the note Sadie had given me. Shorter opened it and spread it across the bar counter.

"Ash do you have a pen?" I ran upstairs and grabbed a pen of the desk and ran back downstairs.

I handed the pen to Shorter and he began to underline some words.

fields look really nice in the photos.

   become stronger
                         protect me

close by XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXX, and far away XXXXXX XXXX.

I looked at the underlined words as Shorter pulled out his phone. I watched as he typed in the addresses in his phone one by one.

He wrote them down on another piece of paper and clicked the pen closed. He put the pen down and looked at me with a smile.

"I know our mystery person." I looked at Shorter as my eyes grew bigger and a tear fell down my face. Eiji.
