"Is everything packed?" - y/n's mom shouts from downstairs.

Y/N had been dreading this moment since she got her acceptance letter. She looked around her room as she said goodbye to it. She would of course be back for the summer but that wasn't what was on her mind. Her innocence, childhood and everything that made up her years as a child were being left behind. She was now an adult. This was a new beginning for her and she was scared. She tried  to hold back the tears as she descended down the stairs. In her hands was a box full of things for her dorm.
"Come on let's go, you're gonna be late for your flight" - Y/n' mom adds in frustration.

"It doesn't live in three hours mom." - y/n says to her mom

They headed to the car and halfway through the drive y/n could feel that her parents didn't want to say anything so it was silence through it all. As they reached the airport,  y/n's mom starts the ritualistic lecture of "don't do drugs, don't smoke, don't drink, don't have sex and pray daily". Y/n just answered yes to everything. She walked first enough not to give her a parents a moment to embarrass her with tears and hugs at the check-in line.
But she too was trying her best to keep it together.

Moments later ..............

Y/N reaches her hostel and is greeted by her roommates. A small apartment of 3 rooms. They all introduce each other. Her eyes glanced over to the first girl to talk.
"Hi, My name is Aisha. I am from India and I am first year. She had short black hair and smiled a lot. Y/N could tell that she had a bubbly personality. Her  everyone word was paired with a smile.
" Well, My name is Larissa." Y/N's eyes shifted to the girl next to her. A blonde-haired blue-eyed girl. She had a cold demeanor . Which was in contrast to her name.  Y/n introduced herself . Larissa stated that they would make some ground rules.
"No parties and keep the place clean". - she stated
They all agreed and made a rotation schedule for who cleaned when.
