A/N: Do you remember the 21st night of September?

Grace was still staring at her mother in disbelief. Also where the hell had she sent her dad seeing as her mom was in Mystic Falls the whole time. But her mother was only looking back at her in confusion.

"What? Mom, it's me Grace!" She insisted. Fiore turned back to her, still with confusion in her eyes.

"Are you still talking to me?" Fiore asked.

"Mom, what are you—"

"Let me stop you right there, little girl." Fiore interrupted. "I am not your mother."

"Oh my god, did you seriously erase me from your mind?" Grace asked in exasperation. "I literally just had to force dad to remember you, now I have to get you to remember us?"

"Sweetheart, I have no idea who you or your father are." Fiore continued. "I don't know how you could have possibly mistaken me as I am quite famous around these parts. I'm The Enigma, perhaps you've heard of me."

"Yes of course I've heard of you, you are literally my mom!" Grace snapped in disbelief. "The Enigma, Fiore Mikaelson, daughter of Silas, the most powerful—"

"Back up." Fiore interrupted. "Fiore Mikaelson? Like the Mikaelson Family?"

"Yes?"

"Are you Klaus Mikaelson's daughter?" She asked, suddenly becoming more and more excited. "The miracle baby?"

"Mom, what is going on?" Questioned Grace.

"Sweetheart, I am not your mother." Fiore said with a grin.

"Yes, you are! You just—"

"No, no, no, no. I am not your Fiore." Fiore interrupted, barely giving Grace a moment to catch up with her statement before depositing more insanity upon her. "I'm from a different timeline. Which means that my sister has done the impossible and begun The Convergence."

~Fiore POV~

When I woke up, Klaus was gone with nothing, but his note left behind. I wanted to be happy that I had seen him, that I'd been able to live one night where my life wasn't filled with misery. But all I could think about was when the high inevitably turned to a low. Because I was nothing but Anastasia's prisoner.

I returned to her hovel of a base, surprised to find it torn asunder. I wandered through the debris until I found Anastasia in the middle of a casting circle, putting out candles.

"What happened here?" I asked in surprise.

"Now you're curious?" She replied with a roll of her eyes.

"I asked you a question."

"What does it look like?"

"Like you were hit by a very well contained tornado." I sniped. "I only wish I was the one to have cast the spell."

"I cast the spell. With Elliott. Whilst you were busy frolicking with Klaus."

My heart stopped.

"What?"

"Don't bother trying to deny it." She countered, finally turning to face me with a cruel gleam in her eye. "He came here, you spent the day with him and in doing so violated the terms of our agreement."

"If you lay so much as a finger on either of them, I'll—"

"You'll what?"

"I'll leave, taking any chance of completing the convergence with me." I shot back.
