03. party

Time skip to the party,

We arrive at the party and i see a big house with lots of people everywhere. I look at Julie with a concerned look on my face.

"Come on y/n, you need to let loose it will be fun" she says and i open my door and let out a sigh.

We walk up the door steps and just walk in considering nobody would hear us knock anyways with the loud music playing inside the house.

Julie and I walk into the kitchen to grab a drink and Julie goes off to find some of her other friends. I stay in the kitchen not even wanting to be at this stupid party anyways.

I look over and i see Jack, of course not even 20 minutes into this party and i see him. We make eye contact and he starts walking over.

I turn and start to walk out of the kitchen not wanting to speak to him nor look at him any longer.

"Wait please just wait" jack says grabbing my arm firmly. "LET GO OF ME" i yell squirming my arm out of his grip.

"please just can we talk" jack says and i let out a long sigh. "Talk about what, the fact that you cheated on me?"

i say pissed that im even giving into this conversation. "Look im so sorry i did that. I love you i swear i do and i've changed y/n" jack informs me.

"woah good to know you changed but i could care less about that information because there will never be a thing between us again jack.

" i tell him and jack proceeds to go on trying to convince me other wise.

But as he does so i look to my left across the room and see Chris, im pretty sure Chris saw me to because he smiled at me i think or maybe i'm hallucinating.

I'm a little tipsy and i only had 2 drinks, how is that possible. Jack is still talking but i'm not paying any attention to what he is saying because i am so focused on the pretty boy across the room.

Chris starts to walk over to me and my heart drops, i turn back to jack who is still talking and i cut him off "i told you i don't care and i don't want to talk to you" jack try's to grab my hand and i smack him across the face "I TOLD YOU NOT TO TOUCH ME" i scream and Chris makes his way over and speaks up.

"What's the problem over here? Are you okay y/n?" Chris says with a concerned look on his face.

I shake my head no and tell him that Jack won't leave me alone. Chris looks at Jack.

"don't ever put your hands on her again, and while your at it get the fuck away from her".

My eyes widen at the words that just came out of his mouth, i watch as jack turns to me and just scoffs and walks away. "Thank you so much, i owe you big time" i say giving Chris a quick hug.

Little time skip-

Chris takes me over to where i saw him standing and introduces me to his brothers, "Matt, Nick, this is   Y/n/L/n." The two boys smile and say "hey" in unison, i wave and give them both a smile.

"Who is who?" i ask and the boy with the red dyed hair says "i'm nick and the other is matt, you can tell us apart from our hair colour and i have a nose piercing and matt doesn't"

he explains and chuckles. "Oh and i'm gay just in case you were wondering" nick says, i smile and say "i love that for you, it's nice to meet you both"

we all talk and get to know each other a little better. I notice that Chris keeps looking at me admiring me and giving me a grin.

I see Nick and Matt both look at each other giving each other a strange look as if they knew or know something.

Matt then speaks up starting another conversation, "So how did you and Chris meet each other?" matt asks me and i answer his question saying "we met on the bus, when i got on the bus he was in my seat but i allowed him to sit with me" i say laughing as they join in.

We were all having fun talking to each other and laughing. "What's your number y/n" nick asks me pulling out his phone as i do the same.

I give him my number and Chris says "what about us? don't we get your number too?" matt follows up onto what chris said with a "yeah don't we get it too?" i laugh and they pull out there phone and we all exchange numbers.

"It's getting late and i came here with my friend but i haven't seen her all night. My parents don't even know i'm at this party.

My mom thinks i'm at Julie's for the night" i say to the triplets a little worried, "i know we just met but you could come to our house for the night if your comfortable?" nick says.

I like how he used the word comfortable. To be honest even though i just met them i do feel comfortable with them.

I feel like i've known them for years. "Of course, thank you nick. that is very sweet" the boys all smile and and nod their heads.

"I'm gonna go get a drink, do any of you want one?" i ask the triplets "no thank you, we don't drink but thanks for asking" matt replies, i nod and start to walk away when i hear a voice

"wait i'll come with you in case that guy try's anything again" chris says walking with me to the kitchen. "Thank you" i say giving him a grin.

"who even is that guy anyways? do you know him?" chris asks me. "His names jack. he's my ex and he cheated on me a few months ago and won't stop trying to get me back" i explain.

Chris nods and we reach the kitchen. I grab a cup and fill it up and down it.

I look over at chris and he looks shocked, "with everything that has went on tonight i really needed that" i tell him "damn y/n you did that without a face or even hesitation" he says while laughing.

i laugh and grab another one, "don't worry this is only my 7th one one of the night i'm sure i'll be fine" i say to the boy who is close by my side.

"SEVEN!? you're going to be SOOO drunk y/n. you know they mixed a lot of different alcohol in that punch right?"

chris waits for an answer while my face expressions change. "oh my god i'm gonna be fucked, we should probably leave if you and your brothers don't mind" chris grabs my waist walking me in the direction of his brothers.

when he grabbed my waist i got instant butterflies, i've never felt anything like that since the breakup with jack.

"Guys can we go, y/n had 7 drinks and didn't know it was mixed punch. She needs to lay down before she falls" chris says to nick and matt.

They all laugh at me and matt nods his head getting his car keys out of his pocket.

Chris is still holding onto me as we follow matt's direction through the maze of people.

I feel my legs start to feel like they are floating and i start to laugh. Nick dies of laughter of the fact i'm laughing at what he thinks is nothing.

We make it out the front door and nick holds onto my left arm and chris is holding my right, they guide me down the stairs slowly with a tight grip.
