02. getting ready

I arrived at school and got off the bus, i let out a sigh as i walked into the school doors and saw all the kids.

"i hate this school" Y/n says under her breath. All these kids think they are better than everyone else or they are just bullies who get amused being rude to others. I check my schedule to see what i have first, "math are you kidding me".

As i start walking to my class the bell rings *RING* *RING* *RING*. Ugh that stupid sound, i'm glad it's Friday but i still have to go to that dumb party.

I don't even know who's throwing it for crying out loud. As i walk into the classroom door i go to my seat in the back beside the window.

"Good morning class" the teacher says to all the students, "today we are going to be finishing up our projects that are due Monday"

My eyes shift around the room trying to spot Julie because she is my partner, as i do that she walks into class late.

Julie walks over to me and sits beside me in our regular seats. I turn to her "pfff and you were telling me to not be late for school when you're the one who just walked into class late" Julie there rolls her eyes and chuckles at me while shaking her head.

"okay come on we need to finish our project, we only have to colour in the big bubble words and then we're done" i say pulling out my pencil case with all my markers in it.

Julie and i start to colour the letters in neatly and after 10 mins we're finished. I stand up to go hand the project to the teacher and she takes it and places it on her desk.

I walk to the back off the room and sit down and talk to Julie the rest of the class. "sooo about that party, what are you gonna wear?" Julie asks me. I look at her and let out a sigh, I said i didn't want to go. something bad could happen and i don't want to see my ex. he's gonna try something i know it.

But instead of saying that to her i just gave in "um probably a dress" i say, Julie nods her head and the bell rings for next period.

Time skip to the end of the school day.

It was finally the end of the school day, i waited in my seat for the bell to ring. At 3:15 the sound went off once again *RING* *RING* *RING*

I stood up and swung my bag over my left shoulder walking out of the classroom door and into the crowded hallways.

I reach the front of the school after having to push through the slow walkers and walk out the doors to walk to my bus.

I walk past a few of the lined up buses until i see bus number 217, i walk onto the bus and find my seat but only to see a boy i've never seen before. "Hi, sorry to bother but this is my seat" i say facing the strange boy. all though he is very pretty.

"I'm sorry i didn't know" he says grabbing his stuff to move, i stop him speaking up and saying "no no it's okay, you can sit here with me if you'd like" i see a slight grin on his face as he moves over beside the window giving me the okay for me to sit down beside him.

"I'm Chris, Chris Sturniolo" he says intruding himself to me. "Hi Chris, I'm Y/n/L/n. Nice to meet you" i say giving him a soft smile.

I think to myself wondering why i've never seen him before, maybe he's new? or maybe i'm just not observant enough? He seems very sweet though, his bright blue eyes caught my eye as soon as i seen him.

How could someone be so handsome. "So are you new here" i say getting his attention, he opens his mouth and says "no i'm just new on this bus because my other bus is so full with people.

My brothers and I always have to sit with random weird people and it's very uncomfortable" he chuckles. "oh makes sense, you mentioned you have brothers? are they on the bus with you today?" i ask.

Chris nods his head and points to the back of the bus, i look in the direction he is pointing in and i see two other boys who look almost identical to Chris.

"Wait. Are you guys triplets?!" I say shocked. "Yep" Chris says while smiling at my reaction, i blush a little at his smile and the way he's looking at me.

I hope he didn't realize that... soon enough the bus arrives at my stop and i start to stand up noticing Chris and his brothers are also. "Is this your stop also?" i say, "yes, our house is just a few houses down" i nod and we get off the bus.
Chris gives me a wave goodbye and i do the same

I walk across the street and into my house putting my bag down and slipping my shoes off. I walk upstairs and sit on my bed for a while until i get a message from Julie.

— we are going to the party at 6:00. You have a hour and 30 mins to get ready. i'll be there to pick you up! see you soon.

I leave her on opened and get up to get ready, i sit at my desk and put my hair back and slip on a head band to hold back the baby hairs that i don't want in my way.

I unzip my makeup bag and pull out my mascara, concealer, lipgloss, highlighter and blush.

I grab my makeup brushes from my drawer and lay them on my desk. I touch up my mascara and concealer and i add a little blush on my cheeks and nose and highlighter in the corners of my eyes.

I took my hair down and brushed it and pulled my hair curler out. I grabbed sections of my hair and quickly curled them so my hair would look beach wavy.

after i finished that i got up and walked over to my closet already knowing what i was going to wear. I grabbed my light blue tight dress that made all my curves show, i took off my school clothes and slipped on the dress.

I walked back over to my desk grabbing my lipgloss putting it on after i put my dress on so it didn't get smudged.

I rub my lips together and grab my deodorant and rub some on my armpits. I pick up my favourite perfume and spray some on my neck and my wrists and i rub it in and make my way to my body mirror in my room, i stand in-front of it. "I look beautiful" i say out loud to myself smiling with confidence.

I grab a little over jean jacket in case i get cold later and i walk to the bathroom checking the time. it's 5:43 already i need to hurry my ass up, i grab my toothbrush and brush my teeth so i feel refreshed and my breath smells good. I walk down stairs and sit on the couch waiting for Julie to get here.
