Day 3 - Text Message

Jay<3: Nyaaaaaaaa

Nya: Yes?

Jay<3: I'm bored.

Nya: And what should I do with this info?

Jay<3: come home.

Nya; Soon

Nya put her phone back into her pocket and started to go down the aisle.

She was this week's shopper, so she wouldn't be home for at least an hour. Buying food for 8 people plus a chicken was exhausting. Plus they would have her parents come to the monastery for dinner on Friday.

She started going through the aisles checking of everything they needed.

Just as she arrived at the frozen section, her phone buzzed in her pocket. She stopped her cart and took it out.

Jay<3: Buy me those chips I like – 22 minutes ago

Jay<3: Wait nvm – 1 second ago

Nya: ?

Jay<3: behind you :D

Nya looked up from her phone and glanced behind her.

There Jay was in a disguise behind a few feet her.

"You should've stayed home." She crossed her arms to look more intimidating. "You have a fever." She glared.

Jay winced and put his hands up. "In my defense, Zane said that I was getting better. Plus, I needed to see you." She smiled at him.

"Alright Sparky, let's quickly get this done."

Together they sped up the process by a lot.

"Seriously, why does Cole need 10 cakes? What happened to my body is a temple?" Jay asked, looking disgusted at the shopping list.

"My guess is that someone is very hungry in that temple," Nya said as she started placing products on the conveyor.

Jay tried to keep in a giggle. "That was a bad joke."

"Yet you are laughing at it." Nya gave him a toothy grin, making him blush and look away.

They paid and packed bags after that.

The last message Nya got for the day was in the parking lot.

Pink Ninja: Do you perhaps know where Jay might be?

Pink Ninja: I have been looking all over the monastery.

"JAY!!!"
