A few months had passed and Y/N came by the Madrigals often. She bonded with all of the family, but she had a greater one with Bruno. She didn't know what it was specifically, but she couldn't shake the feeling...and she actually didn't want to.
One day, she went to the Madrigals and saw Casita's windows, waving at her.
(A/N Your outfit is the same throughout this for the most part since that is the case for most of the characters.)
"Hola, Casita," she greeted.
The doors opened for her and the tiles moved her in the direction of Bruno, making them collide. But he caught her in a dip, stopping her from falling.
"Thanks, Bruno," she chuckled.
"You're welcome. Casita really likes you," he told her.
"I can tell," Y/N smiled before patting the tile.
The tile then pushed her up and she and Bruno were standing up straight, now parting.
"I was actually hoping you were coming today because I wanted to ask you something," Bruno said.
"Oh really? And what would that be?" she smirked, crossing her arms.
"Now I don't normally offer this, but I was wondering...if you would like me to give you a vision?" he asked shyly.
Her smirk dropped and she was a bit surprised, but she then smiled, making him relax.
"I would love that," Y/N answered.
"Great! Come on," Bruno said happily before taking her hand in his and guiding her to his room.
They went in and he helped her down the huge pile of sand then they saw a sign that said "Your Future Awaits" by a long staircase.
"Stairs? A mile high?" she questioned playfully.
"Hey. The door makes the rooms once you get your gift. Now let's go," he defended just as playfully, making her giggle.
They started doing so and as they passed the halfway mark, Y/N decided to mention something that's been on her mind since she met Bruno.
"Hey, Bruno. Can I be honest with you about something?" she wondered.
"Of course," he answered.
"Well, since we met, I have thought about asking you for my own vision, but I stopped myself from doing so," Y/N admitted.
This confused him a bit.
"Why didn't you ask me?" Bruno asked.
"I didn't want you to think that was all I wanted from you. I mean, I've heard of your family and all your gifts, but after meeting you and your family, I wanted to get to know you all as more than the gift you're known for...and you're all amazing. Especially you," she explained, shyly rubbing her arm and looking away at the end.
This made him stop and she did too. He then took her hand, which made her look at him and he was smiling.
"I appreciate that and I know my family does too. But that's the reason I offered a vision to you. You have gotten to know us all more than just for our gifts and while there is still much to learn about us, I know you'll stick around to learn," he told her.
Y/N smiled, giving his hand a gentle squeeze.
"We're almost there," Bruno pointed out and they continued on.
