For the past decade I have never found my life that funny, in fact I buried myself deep into pack work and trying to build a better life. Yet somehow these past weeks have been funny no, funnier I might add. Why do I feel the moon goddess blessed me with cursed humor?

First, the freaking event that took place. My mind has been trying to get the hang of it, with a bold sign 'STILL PROCESSING'.

Second, this 'TOM FORD'

"did he tell why is he here"

"does he ever" her beta let out

Antalia already knew the answer though, When did these righteous council bastards ever do? With constant turmoil in her mind and furry in her eyes she plastered the biggest materialistic smile she could muster to hide but not to hide her displeasure of having a Council member in her territory at this time of the night.

"Councilman" Antalya announced as soon as she stepped foot in her office "what a pleasure to have you here? I must ask though, 'What brings you here?" again she wanted to add but didn't.

"I reckon Young Alpha" Tom Ford said while facing her " My arrival isn't appreciated"

Antalia snorted and faced the councilman more irked than before "what gives it away?"

"I like it how you never hide your displeasure for us Councilmen"

"Although, I love to stay and have a chit chat with you over tea," Antalia mused, "tell me the real reason for your visit, Councilman Tom Ford. Afterall I reckon you aren't here for a tea party either."

Tom Ford smiled and took the seat opposite the young alpha he came to like "always eager to know the business. I seem to like the enthusiasm of your, Alpha Antalia but why not humor me with the news of the 'Ananke'?"

Anatlia's movement stilled, the name striked something in her. She has read it somewhere but never witnessed it before. Does it mean what she saw earlier today? no, it can't be. Her eyes found Tom Ford's challenging one.

"your stilled movements, understanding eyes tells me it already happened"

"how do you know?" a very simple question but for her for his sake it spoke volume.

"let just say i know too much sometimes" Tom Ford mused "although, it's about time the boy need all the support he can have"

"I'm confused" Antalia started " an ally or enemy, who are you?"

"whatever you want me to be?" At this Tom Ford smiled and leaned forward "you will know that in due time though, young alpha. For now all you got to know that you have one week"

"one week" she echoed

"you are rather slow today young alpha" he teased "yes, one week"

then the recognition dawned on her. She knew what he meant and why he was here.

"The мрак"

"The мрак" Tom Ford confirmed "you got exactly one week to let him know what is what. What will he be facing? This battle is now his, Alpha Antalia and you got to let him fight for what was truly his."

"even it meant losing your sanity" she questioned "so let's be clear he send you in the middle of the night to drop this bomb on me, on my poeple, I asume he must be having the real fun , huh"

"I would rather say I volunteered" Tom Ford traded the water carefully "though, no one send me here. You will get an official invitation in exactly two days from now on."
