what a great way to start the new year!!! we're about to dive into crooked heart. it's actually so surreal that we've made it so far. when i first started writing odessa's story i thought i would stop writing it midway but thankfully it didn't go that way. and now we're here, on the fifth book in the series with only one more until the end.
odessa's story is one that is extremely important to me and i'm so grateful for all the people that love her as much as i do. she means the world to me and more. there have been times in the last year where thinking of odessa's story literally ket me going. so, thank you, odessa grimes.
the whisperers are here!!!! words cannot explain how excited and terrified i am to write this storyline. this is book is going to destroy my poor babies and no one of us are going to like it. so, you're going to need tissues for probably every single chapter in act one and maybe even act two.
this book is very gruesome and violent. it talks about some very heavy topics. of course i will put warnings at the top of every chapter that does talk about these extremely heavy subjects. also, all of the potential triggers are listed in the beforereading chapter.
before y'all start reading, the first three chapters take place a couple months after the end of damnation. so the face claims from that book are the face claims in the first three chapters of this book and then chapter four is when everyone is aged up and their face claims change (except for flynn). i don't think i need to clarify who is the face claims for the younger versions of my characters but if you want to know, just look back at damnation's cast list :)).
so, odessa grimes is waiting for all of you. let's get this sad ass party started!!!
